This luxury chalet is located in Obertraun. Ideal for a family or friend's group, it can accommodate 8 guests and 4 bedrooms. It has a private swimming pool and sauna to unwind and relax after a long day.
The town centre lies 500 m from chalet, perfect to spend you evening amid locals. Try out some new delicacies at the restaurants only 200 m. The local grocery store is 100 m from the stay. The forest is 1 km from the chalet if you would like to explore the best of the nature. In winters, you can enjoy skiing or snowboarding at Krippenstein ski area.
Sitting on the balcony, you can cherish the far reaching views and enjoy the sunshine with your loved ones. Heating and wood burning stove are in the chalet for a comfortable stay. Fitness room and play equipment keep you active. Parking is available for your convenience. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed on the property.
Guests can check in between 3-6 PM and check out is from 8-10 AM.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

This property was amazing for families. Situated right on the lake with a playground for the kids. The town of Hallstatt was just a short car or boat ride away. We would definitely recommend this place for future stays.

Mooi huis, ruim, leuke inrichting met alles er op en er aan! Echter naar de pistes was het ver! Ik denk dat het in de zomer heel erg fijn is met het mooie meer naast het vakantiepark.

Property was roomy for our family of 7 and was very clean. The walking paths, access to pool and playground was wonderful for us with 2 young children.
The kitchen was well appointed with dish ware, pots and pans for meal preparation. However, we did not have an adequate supply of dish towels, soap (for kitchen and bathrooms), garbage bags and toilet paper. Since our stay was for one week and because of the rate we paid for a “luxury chalet”, we expected the basic supplies would be provided rather than us having to purchase supplements.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would recommend it. Just be prepared to bring staple items with you.

Wir waren relativ enttäuscht. Nach den Recherchen dachten wir, dass das Haus noch nicht so alt ist. Jedoch als wir den Bezug vornahmen, war das Haus innendrin mit sehr vielen Gebrauchsspuren an den Wänden vorzufinden. Des Weiteren viel der Staubsauger auseinander und es gab keine Möglichkeit selbstständig mal durchzuwischen, da die ganzen Reinigungssachen fehlten. Die Ausstattung der Küche war auch nicht besonders. Das Haus ist für 8 Personen ausgestattet. Jedoch gibt es nur 3 kleine Töpfe und eine Pfanne. Des Weiteren gab es keine Kaffeemaschine sondern nur eine Padmaschine, was vorher nirgends erwähnt wurde. Die Pad´s könne man laut Rezeption im Laden kaufen. 16 pads für 5 Euro...
Im großen und ganzen war es in Ordnung jedoch hatten wir für diesen Preis eine bessere Ausstattung erwartet.
