About this house rental

Enjoy unforgettable days and romantic evenings in this dreamlike chalet located in the mountains. Pure hut holiday without giving up modern equipment and a cozy atmosphere. Start the day with a breathtaking view of the mountains. From the dining room table, which seats 12 people, you have an unforgettable view of the Salzburg Dolomites from the large panoramic window.

Enjoy the sunset (alpine glow) with a mulled wine, warmly wrapped up, on the balcony of over 30m² or let the day end with a pleasant sauna session in the private sauna area of the house.

The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating and has a fireplace in the living-dining area.

The modern kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and induction hob, leaves nothing to be desired for self-caterers.
In the adjoining living area (man) you can find out about what's going on in the world with a crackling fire on the 42 'LCD TV. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a bedroom with a double bed (140cm).
A large gallery in the Spitzboden is reached via a staircase in the hallway. This is equipped with two double beds (160cm each) and offers a view of the living and dining area through two window elements.
In the basement there are 3 cozy bedrooms furnished in a modern, Austrian style, each with a double bed (180cm each). From the bedrooms you have the possibility to get into the garden. Also in the basement there is a large bathroom with toilet, shower, washing machine and dryer, and another toilet with a sink.
The relaxation area can be reached via the bathroom.
This has a large sauna with external shower, Kneipp shower and loungers. From there you can easily get into the garden to cool off in the snow.

The ski storage is located next to the entrance area. There you can safely store your skis and ski boots for the next use. This room is equipped with a ski boot heater.

In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces.

The house is a new building. Completion in December 2012

This chalet was bso beautiful! We had a group of 10 and were all able to sleep comfortably! we enjoyed palying a game around the big table, relaxing in the amazing sauna and eating meals out on the proch while enjoying the view! We were able to drive to Salzburg for our Mozart Dinner and Sound of Music tour, the Eagles nest and to tour the Salt mines.

We enjoyed our stay but the house is not suitable for 12 adults . The stair to the upstairs bedroom is tricky. There were only 3 showers and not 4 . The nespresso machine never worked and the other coffee machine was on its last legs . The location was perfect and we had good weather and skiing conditions .

The chalet is well equipped with everything a modern family needs. Its location is perfect for both winter and summer trips, with an awesome view of the mountains from the terrace. Within around an hour of Salzburg, Hallstatt and Zell Am See, there is so much to do and see. Tina and Michael are perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. We enjoyed our stay there so much we will be back next year. Our party consisted of 8 adults and 4 children and there was still plenty of room for all of us.

We stayed at the chalet for a full week in late June—2 couples and 2 young children (ages 4 and 7). The house is a lovely, modern Alpine home, complete with traditional German/Austrian windows and doors that allow air to flow in at night. The kids enjoyed the playset and the room to run; the adults enjoyed sitting outside looking at the amazing Alps right outside the window, local beer, and the Wi-Fi. Note: The bunk room in the pictures is very cute; however, to access it you must go up/down steep stairs. We opted to have our children stay in the 3rd bedroom in the basement and used the upstairs room as a “playroom” during the day. The house is located in a little ski area that has a restaurant nearby (walking distance) and lots of trails. There is a lovely walking trail from the ski area to the nearby town of Annaberg; it has statues made of hay along the trail that keeps kids interested along the way (highly recommend, especially for kids!). We easily made day trips from the house to Salzburg, Hallstat (salt mine..must see!), and Berchtesgaden/Konigsee (in Germany). Little tips we wished we knew before staying at this great house: - You need to bring hand soaps, hand towels, dish towels, paper products. Next time we’ll just bring these things in our luggage from the USA. - Good size grocery store (called “SPAR”) is located in Abtenau. - The dryer does not vent (U.S. law is that all dryers must vent..so this was new for us). To get the dryer to take any water out of your clothes, you must empty the water drawer..top left of dryer. Air drying on provided clothes rack worked the best. - The GPS does not know the ski town; look for the green signs near the top of the ski resort and follow signs to the house (you need to turn right, down into the neighborhood). Overall, we had an amazing time. Tina was extremely responsive from booking through refunding our security deposit. We would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the chalet with 9 people and had lots of fun. The chalet is wonderfull, modern with still the austrian charm. Very close to the slopes, restaurant and bar. The children enjoyed all the toys in the garden. We certainly hope to come back to this great chalet. Thank you Tina for all the swift responses on our questions.

We were three Danish families who stayed in the “Hüttenzauber 2” for a week in January. The cabin is really great and luxurious. It has a beautiful and scenic view from the living area. We had a great time in this really nice Cabin and enjoyed both the view, the location and the slopes very much. Its certainly a place you will want to go back to… Best wishes Family Millard

Traumhaft gelegenes Haus über den Dächern von Annaberg. Groß und Klein kommen hier voll auf ihre Kosten. Sauna und Garten Laden zum Entspannen ein. Am Haus selbst gibt es auch überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Wanderwege und kleine Hütten in der Nähe, laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein oder Entdecken ein.

Das Chalet Hüttenzauber 1 ist ein sehr schönes,modern eingerichtetes Haus. Wir waren mit 8 Erwachsenen,3 Kindern und 2 Hunden vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist für Skifahrer optimal,da man in 3 Minuten auf der Piste ist.Das Chalet verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche im EG und ein weiteres Badezimmer mit Dusche im UG. Der Saunabereich ist nur über das Badezimmer im UG zu erreichen und mit einer Schiebetür getrennt nutzbar. Für uns nicht relevant,aber gut zu wissen; Das Schlafzimmer unterm Dach mit den zwei Doppelbetten ist über eine schmale,steile Raumspartreppe zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen tollen,entspannten Familienurlaub. Kommen gerne wieder!!!!

Mit zwei Familien und drei Generationen, hatten wir einen wunderschönen Skiurlaub. Das Haus bietet allen Komfort den man von Zuhause gewöhnt ist und mehr (Sauna, Kamin, Garten, Spielplatz). Wir wurden herzlich vom Hausmeister empfangen, der uns tatkräftig mit u.a. Unternehmungstipps zur Seite stand. Leider hatten wir vergessen Handtücher einzupacken, aber auch dafür wurde gesorgt. Ein Anruf beim Hausmeister genügte. Der Brötchenservice (nicht inbegriffen) hat uns jeden Morgen mit frischen Brötchen beliefert. Perfekt! Abends haben wir selbst gekocht (Küche ist super ausgestattet) oder Pizza abgeholt. Absolut empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sicher zurück!

Met 7 volwassenen en 3 kinderen voldoende ruimte. De vide met 4 slaapplaatsen is zeker voor kinderen prima. Mooie douches. Daarnaast nog 3 ruime slaapkamers en 1 wat kleinere slaapkamer. Kortom een prima vakantieadres. Alles wat je nodig hebt is in de woning te vinden. Skipiste en ook de skischool goed bereikbaar. Broodjesservice via receptie van Alpendorf Dachstein West en tegenwoordig goede supermarkt in het dorp.

In de 3e week van januari 2019 hebben wij een prachtige wintervakantie genoten in Huttenzauber Chalet 2 in Annaberg im Lammertal/Oostenrijk. Een prachtig chalet in een schitterende omgeving, naast de skipiste en vlakbij de oefenweide (skischool!) en Donnerkogelbahn. Rustige skipistes die alle ruimte boden, extreem druk was net nooit, wat vooral de niet zo ervaren skiërs onder ons zeer ontspannend werkte. Skischool voor de kinderen met leuke Nederlandse skileraren en kleine groepjes. Genoeg mogelijkheden voor de wel ervaren skïers om met de aansluitingen op de vele liften verder weg te gaan. Het chalet is zeer goed en smaakvol ingericht, met alle gewenste voorzieningen, waar genoeg plaats was voor onze familie bestaande uit 10 personen, waarvan 4 kinderen (2,6,7,9 jaar) en onze twee hondjes. De ongelooflijke hoeveelheid sneeuw die er viel, c.q. al gevallen was, maakte het nog eens tot een zeer bijzondere ervaring. Het dorp leek uiteindelijk wel uit een doolhof van sneeuw met wegen, omringd door sneeuwmuren van 4 à 5 meter. Alle lof trouwens voor de sneeuwploegen die iedere keer weer opnieuw de straten schoonmaakten, zelfs midden in de nacht. Mede daardoor overwegen wij volgend jaar opnieuw hier een Hüttenzauber Chalet te reserveren. Oeda Breunesse-Kruimer

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das ganze Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Auch unsere Kinderbande hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt, sowie im Haus als auch im Garten. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielleicht auch einmal im Sommer mit unserem Hund :-)

Wirklich wunderschön gelegen. Jeden Tag gab es Frühstück im Sonnenschein mit Blick auf die Berge. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, egal ob für Kuchen backen oder fürs Grillen. Richtig gut ausgestattet. Leider ging der Geschirrspüler nicht, hab der Vermieter hat sich sehr zügig drum gekümmert. Daumen hoch. Also: das Haus ist eine absolute Empfehlung, so viel Ruhe und Schönheit findet man nicht überall. Wir sind begeistert!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Winterurlaubswoche im tief verschneiten Skigebiet Dachstein-West. Das Haus ist lässt keine Wünsche offen: tolle, moderne Ausstattung, sehr schön eingerichtet und traumhaft gelegen. Brötchen brachte uns der Bäcker jeden Morgen vorbei. Zur Ski-Piste sind es max. 50 Meter. Langlaufloipen und Rodelbahnen gibt es in Lungötz und Abtenau. Auch ein Ausflug zur Postalm lohnt sich.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche in Ihrer Unterkunft. Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Gemütlich eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Saubere Bäder, Fussbodenheizung, Sauna, schöne Sitzecke mit riesen grossem Fernseher. Sehr nette Vermieter, die jede Frage sofort beantwortet haben. Vielen Dank für alles!!

.... in einem tollen, sehr gut ausgestatteten Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es war/ist sehr sauber und alles top gepflegt! Da ich nicht sagen, was uns am besten gefallen hat, muss ich einfach alles loben!Wir kommen gerne wieder, habe mich selten in einem Ferienhaus so wohl gefühlt! Die Umgebung ist toll und das Skigebiet sind auch super. Vor allem für Familien mit Kindern. Die Pisten waren nicht zu voll und sehr angenehm zu fahren.
