About this house rental

Featured in The Key West Citizen Home of the Week. Perfect location, and newly renovated with fresh paint, new kitchen with stainless appliances and granite tops. New hardwood downstairs and tile floors upstairs, all new furnishings and accessories, and private courtyard with sundeck overlooking a private park. The 2 Bedrooms are upstairs and each have their own private bath. Queen bed in owner's suite and two twins in second bedroom. Both bedrooms have a private balcony. Living room sofa makes into a queen. 1/2 bath downstairs in the living area. Free WIFI and three tvs and stereo. The outdoor courtyard is perfect for relaxing, you will not want to go inside. Lush landscaping. Just steps to the heated pool. All located in the beautiful private community of Truman Annex. You are located 2 blocks to Duval Street and the beach is at the end of the street. You can walk or ride a bike to everything in Old Town Key West, including Mallory Square where "FREE" nightly entertainment is provided prior to the famous sunsets.

Fantasy Fest parade rolls in front of the property so you have front row seats. Ft. Zachary Taylor is at the end of the street and has an awesome beach, perfect for snorkeling and fishing.

All types of watersports are nearby; snorkeling, fishing, diving, paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and sunset dinner cruises.

Night life starts just one block away with The Green Parrot, the first and last bar on US 1. Duval is another block away and this is where you will find fantastic dining, bars with live music, shopping, and plenty of sights to see. Great rental! Owners were great in communication before trip to help prepare to make most of time. Unit is close to EVERYTHING…State Park beach, Duvall Street, restaurants, bars, shopping. 2 available bikes were a fantastic bonus! We will be back to Key West and this unit!

The property is gorgeous and the location is perfect. Everything you would ever want to do and see is within walking distance. Our kids are ages 14, and 15 and they had a terrific time whether it was walking to varios attractions or going out on the many excusions we did. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay.

Couple celebrating 40th wedding anniversary. Townhouse was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable. The added bonuses, in my mind, are the washer/dryer, the bicycles, the beach towels & coolers, and that it is conveniently located for walking to all of the sights. Lastly, our host was available for texts or calls and answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. We will definitely stay at this location again!

2 adults, infant, and 2 grandparents shared the townhouse. Ideal location for little ones as nearby the splashpad and community outdoor pool (heated). Incredible hosts who communicated well above and beyond to help us sort out the logistics. A++ people and house. We'll definitely stay again when we come back to Key West.

Location was perfect for us, close to bars and restaurants but far enough away to be out of the fray, inside Truman Annex with easy access to the public beach. The townhome was great, stocked much better than most we have stayed in. Owner was on top of communication the day before we left just to make sure we had all instructions needed. TH was very clean and comfortable. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do and see. When leaving I left a credit card in the washing machine and owner called me and had the cleaning lady bring to the airport!! Awesome service! You won't be sorry, but very happy to stay here!

Great house, great location to most of the Key West Old Town attractions. Easy walking distance to good restaurants and bars, close to Ft Zach park. The owner was great to work with. Definitely would stay again.

This property is in beautiful Truman Annex and location is everything. It is beautifully decorated with a well stocked kitchen. The owner was very responsive to a small problem we encountered with the pool being too hot. We will return to this property again.

A beautiful, well-maintained condo, it was an easy walk to Duval St, but far enough to have a quiet atmosphere. Communication with the owner was above and beyond what is expected and there were many extras included…like laundry detergent, soap, toilet paper, etc. pool was small and busy, but we got in easily. Parking spot was a little tough to locate initially and we had an issue with cars parking there a couple times, but cleared it up quickly. Condo was clean and pretty. Neighbors were quiet, except a nearby party group who was loud all night most of the week, but I think it was a fluke. The rest of the complex was very calm and serene. We didn’t want to leave! Will hopefully be back again soon!

You cannot go wrong renting at the Truman Annex. We have stayed here many times and this particular properry was one of our favorites. Plus, the owners are very accommodating.

The property is just as pictured. The location is within walking distance to anything you would want to do. We were in contact with Jim, the owner, multiple times and he was very responsive. He also provided a list of restaurants that were spot on. The kitchen appeared to have anything you would need if you choose to cook. We love to walk so we choose up front to not rent a car. If you are there without a car but need miscellaneous supplies like a case of water, beer, food etc Publix does deliver to this townhouse. The trip was incredible. Thanks Jim for being a great host!

The property was exactly as described and worked out very well for us. You are right at the entrance of the Truman Annex. 1 Block North and you are at the Green Parrott - (one of my favorite bars in Key West). 2 Block North and you are on Duval Street. The property was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. You have a very nice fenced in Patio but also 2 2nd Floor balconies off of each bedroom that were nice to sit out on and watch people and traffic come by. Would stay again.
