The Studio

Fantastic facility had everything I needed and more. Spacious with an incredible rural outlook.

Jerry and Sue are a lovely couple, great at communicating before arrving, they met us at the property and gave us the keys, and showed us all that we needed to know for our stay. The annex apartment is advertised as a studio, far from it, it is a full apartment with large kitchen, dining area, lounge area, bathroom with large shower, then a bedroom with walk through wardrobe. Tea, coffee, milk and ceriales are provided, and very good towels in the bathroom. There is off street parking for 1 car, and a back garden that looks out to the field behind. There is a local pub close by, approx 250m away, but access to the hamlet where the property is, is via quiet a narrow road. If you are looking for a nice relaxing comfortable stay in this area, then this is the place, great value for money and great hosts. The only thing that i will say though, in the advert states "Non-smoking rooms", but the owners do not allow smoking on in the property nor in the gardens, so if you are a smoker, take an ash tray and smoke at the end of the driveway, for me this was not a problem though.

Every thing perfect regarding your hosting and the property and location, but.. the advert states advert states "Non-smoking rooms" and not advert states "Non-smoking rooms and gardens" so please update your advert in Booking so if smokers want to book, the will know in advance that there is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property.

It was just perfect for what wanted. So much more than we needed in the circumstances. The welcome by the owners was very good and helpful too.

I loved this property, it’s is well situated for croyde or puttsborough beach. The hosts Jerry and Sue are really lovely. The bathroom towels are the fluffiest I’ve ever had, nice big walk in shower. Very comfortable bed . There is a lovely view looking over the fields. I’ll definitely be back.
