Beautiful cosy stay in a fantastic location

The whole annexe was highly liveable and inviting, the bed space was particularly cosy. The kitchen was well equipped. Location was pretty, quiet and excellent for walks to Croyde and Woolacombe. The garden in the property was peaceful and beautifully set. Our host Andrew was friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful location.

Fern Cottage Annexe is in a lovely location. Short walk into Croyde and easy reach of Saunton and Croyde beaches. Cosy and comfortable with Parking.

Annexe in beautiful area of Croyde

Great location 10 mins walk from Croyde. Lots of great walks especially if you use “Mikes Maps” sold in post office. Good value for money

No comfortable seating we spent every evening reading in kitchen and wooden chairs were not comfortable despite cushions. The bed was a bit claustrophobic with the low ceiling. Bring food provisions as nearest supermarket is in Braunton.

Great location and well equipped

Super comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Lovely shower and big super soft towels. Great location only a short walk to the nearest pub and another 5 minutes to the centre of Croyde

Quirky and full of character! Love the cabin bed and the portholes 👌. Andrew was a total gent and very welcoming and helpful.

Being ultra ultra picky…. But the tv could do with being a bit higher on the wall so you can watch comfortably from the sofa and the bed.

The perfect hidden gem to stay at in Croyde

Location is great, really close to the centre of croyde and the beach. It was a really beautiful and quirky place to stay, had all the amenities we needed

Well thought out, comfortable and pretty little place

Andrew was very kind and helpful. It was a bonus to be able to park in the private car park opposite as the location is a small village without roadside parking available otherwise.

The accomodation is very comfortable, clean, well equipped & good value. Lovely outdoor area with bbq. Free off-street parking. Easy access to beaches & areas of interest in North Devon. The host Andrew is organised, welcoming, friendly & very helpful. I highly recommend & will return.

A lovely warm annex well stocked with comfortable beds . Short walk from the pub .

The annex was cosy and warm . Large bed that was really comfortable Shower was powerful and warm. Good to be able to park off road

Struggled to work out oven temperature as the markings were worn off. Perhaps an oven thermometer would solve this problem Bathing area is very open plan so would recommend taking some sliders /flip flops as the floor does remain wet . Liked the mats on the floor

Comfortable and had all that we needed. Convenient location. Friendly host.

Recommend for a quiet place to stay near to Croyde centre for solo or couple.

The annexe is only short walk to Croyde centre down and has everything you need for a comfy stay. Easy to park with own space, roomier than the pictures, attractive features. Set in Andrew’s lovely garden but with own access and area. Recommended.

Andrew was very accommodating and very helpful. If you had a problem, he was there almost immediately.

Very quiet

All the stairs you had to climb and also the bed being up very high does not suit a person with disabilities at all and also had no microwave which would’ve been very useful

Not very good! We booked out after one night!

Location was fine!!

This property is not suitable for those who are not fully mobile as the bed, which is very comfortable, is quite a mountaineering feat to get into with only a box to stand on!!
