Perfect house for ski holiday.

Amazing house, fully equipped. Everything was even better than we expected - house is spot clean, fresh, well furnished. Every morning we gladly used "fresh bread service" at our door. A very pleasant surprise was possibility to receive a discount for ski pass (saved approx. 40eur per person for 6day ski pass). House has separate room for ski equipment with boot heaters. Host is very welcoming and will help with any question. Location is also very convenient - 8min drive to Samnaun. Ski bus also operates.

Beautiful cottage in the highest village in Austria. Made with the Tirolian charm wooden-rock interiour, just beautiful❤️. The infra sauna with shower is a state of art. Cottage full of amenities and decorations from elder times just grab you and make you feel like you are Alice in wonderland. Karin- the owner-the big thank for your support in any manner. She is just a star, helping explaining fulfilling any wish that may pop in your mind. Lovely, smiley, with the heart of an angel😘. Bread delivery is spot on every morning in front of the door. As i say marvelous cottage with breath-taking views, just a rock throw from Saumnaun Switzerland. For skiing in Silvretta Ischgl- Saumnaun arena THIS IS a winner option. The cheese fondue evening with friends of Karin that she arranged for us was A magical experience. We felt like home! These moments last forever… Thank you Karin, wish all the best for you and your family. Warmest greetings from Slovakia

A wonderful time spent in this house! Excellent location, everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything is clean, comfortable beds, excellent living room. The skibus stop is right next to the house. Great skiroom. A very interesting vintage interior with elements of antiques. Barbecue area right in the yard. Convenient parking. Very quiet and peaceful around. And the sauna will pleasantly surprise you right inside the house. A wonderful option for families with children. We will definitely come back here again!

We had a unique experience in a complete holiday home, the owner was very kind and helpful, it is worth mentioning that the holiday home is a bit far from the center but the bread delivery service was enough for us, also the house is made of wood so at first we had difficulties in adapting to the presence of insects and spiders, Everything else was fine and the house was beautifully taken care of, the outside garden was beautiful, we definitely hope to come back again to enjoy the rich history of this holiday home Thank you so much Karin

Luxurious, surprisingly large house

The owner was very kind and fixed resolved smaller issues incredibly quickly. The house is incredibly spacious and provides a lot of comfort. The location is beautiful with an amazing night sky. A ski bus leaves right in front of the door to take you to Samnaum/Ischgl – unfortunately only 2 times a day.

The location is beautiful but the next supermarket/bakery is quite far off. Since you can order bread, this isn't a big problem though. The larger people (≥1.80m) in our group had quite some issues with the low ceiling and door height but you get used to it.

It was great experience staying here for 7 days. Great view , very spacious , sparkling clean , nicely done amenities. It was really very clean and homely place to stay during vacation. Kitchen was well equipped and the ski room and spa were very useful. We all enjoyed staying here and will recommend this house to everyone. Everything was refined to the smallest detail. Top vakantiehuis met een top gastvrouw in een top omgeving!

Fantastische gastvrouw: hartelijke ontvangst, broodjesservice, tips en uitleg over de omgeving, niet is teveel gevraagd. Het huis is in perfecte staat en fantastisch goed onderhouden. Alles was aanwezig. Zeer rustige ligging in een zeer prachtige omgeving. Ook de sauna en de aparte berging met wasgelegenheid is top. Hartelijk bedankt Karin, het was een topvakantie op een topadres en een topbeleving. We komen terug.

Traumhafte Ferienunterkunft in abgelegener und stiller Ortschaft

Besonders hervorhebenswert war die Ausstattung der Unterkunft mit einer Außenbereichs-Sauna und einer Infrarotkabine im Keller. Die Unterkunft bot uns außerordentlich viel Platz und Möglichkeiten die täglichen Wanderungen daheim in Ruhe und Gemütlichkeit ausklingen zu lassen.

Man sieht leider an der ein oder anderen Stelle im Gebäude und an dem Mobiliar das alles selbst errichtet wurde (darüber lässt sich aber bei dieser Freundlichkeit hinwegsehen).

Einfach perfekt

Die Unterkunft war ein Traum. Ein mit viel Liebe restauriertes 400 Jahre altes Haus. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Wir haben einen Traumhaften Skiurlaub verbracht. Karin, die Vermieterin, ist sehr freundlich und unglaublich bemüht um ihre Gäste. Danke nochmal für die kleine( große) Aufmerksamkeit im Kühlschrank.
