The best part was meeting other travellers

It was clean, affordable and defied physics by being quiet, in the heart of rowdy Athens.

The huge downside was the lack of WiFi. A modem with an old, discoloured ‘broken’ sign does not cut it in the modern world

very good, almost great. but may be because i was the only guest (i didn't see anyone else).

the place like hostel private room, average size but clean with good bed for comfortable sleep and has nice kitchen for own cooking. the rooms get a little noise from traffic ( not good for a light sleeper). It gets quiet after midnight. Location is great, next to bus and metro station, and inexpensive restaurants and bakeries. great place for solo but not family group. i recommend for solo budget traveller.

location of the room key can be more clear and specific. the key could have dropped from tack pin hanger and would have been difficult to find. the host's emergency phone didn't connect. anyway all ended well and good.

Arrived tied but didn’t stay long, our plane arrived at midnight.

Close to everything, there is a subway stop a block away, that can take you from the airport

Check in was late. However I had a daughter that had a room where we stored our bags, however we were tired.

Good overall but wouldn’t book again

The location was very convenient and having a kitchenette was very useful. The room was also big with a nice view.

The wifi cut out halfway through my stay and when I emailed, they said to check the router or scan the QR code. I couldn’t see the qr code anywhere so I unplugged and replugged the router and the wifi turned on again for a bit but was pretty weak and had no internet connection. When I informed the owners of this update, I didn’t receive a response. The washing machine also did not work which was one of the amenities I booked this room for. The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

Innovative, but not recommended at all.

The location was useful because you can walk around and find interesting things, the stores are closed and you can live in as you were a citizen.

The apartment is not good for rent because the owners are looking at you weirdly because you are a tourist and they are not getting used to tourists. The price is expensive for an apartment, when I looked at Booking, I was looking for a hotel room, not an apartment. The building is old and the way that you need to get in is complex. The idea of a self-service apartment is new and it could be an innovative way of hotels, but the building is not ready for that new change.

Dissatisfied

I saw this place in Booking and I was completely disappointed . First of all the place is not as it’s showing on the pictures and when I got in the room I saw someone else next to my room and that it was shocking so whoever booked this place has to share a bathroom with the other clients! I called the property and she told me that she already mentioned that on the bookings which I cannot see anywhere . Please, for all the people who come for vacation and they don’t wanna share a bathroom with other people this is a scam. I don’t find it safe

Great location,shared bathroom and noise

Excellent location: just next to the syggrou fix metro station. Very centric street,there are even people and shops open after midnight. The room I stayed in was big,had air conditioning and was very clean and comfortable with a view to the main street.

Noise:you can hear everything. If the other guests or neighbors don't pay attention it would be very difficult to sleep. Please,change the bathroom mate and curtain: they are old and dirty.

Good enough, nice localiton

It's so close to metro, easy to come from airport. Has balcony but you can not smoke there. You can walk to lots of places. There is a washing machine but you need to get permission to use it and sometimes it's hard to get reponse from the host. So, there is that. I did not need it but in case you need.

Bad communiction with the host. Thet are not response sometimes. You need to turn on hot water from somewhere. (I think, It's wrinting on informations), I couldn't find it so I had to get cold shower once.

Excellent overall , though a bit of noise from the street

Only downside was a bit of noise from the large street outside. But noise cancelling headphones blocked that out. Nice to be close to the acropolis and to have a view over the big street. Everything indoors was good.

The apartment was within walking distance to so many things. The AC unit was amazing.

It was stated that the apartment was on the fourth floor. If you take the elevator it's on the fourth floor but if you take the stairs then it's on the sixth floor. We tried so many times to get into the apartment until somebody came out to help us. We realized that we weren't on the right floor. I made two bookings at the same place. Requested to stay in the same room and was denied. We had to switch rooms because of our second booking. Only negatives.

Great location, right next to the metro station, and walkable distance to many important sights. Nice room, clean bathroom.

We had a problem with electricity the night we came, but they changed our room next morning and that room was nice. Also, we didnt have the hot water.

The place has an excellent location, the owner provided me with clear and good informations and the place was impeccable clean.That been said, keep in mind that you will be staying in an apartment with strangers as roommates. The rooms are not prepared to isolate sounds nor are the doors and locks silent. I was using ear plugs and for the first time in my life it didn’t work! There is only one full bath for more 05 rooms. Do the math. Also the mattress was uncomfortable.

Excellent location for Athens in nice neighborhood

The location of the hotel is in a nice neighbourhood with a lot of local shops, cafés and bars, people around were nice. Walking distance to Pantheon and hypercentre. The room itself was good, clean blankets and towels.

I thought I had the code to enter on the building, but finally it was not the same as the one that was sent before. However if you write upon your arrival to the host, codes are given in advance. I did not know which floor was my room either. Noisy road next to the hotel, but with earplugs it´s ok!

Close to tourist locations. Train and bus stations were right across the street.

Elevator wasn’t working so had to climb tons of stairs. The “additional” bed we paid for was so uncomfortable. You cannot wash unless there is a staff member there so basically you cannot go sightseeing during the afternoon if you’re planning to wash. No dryer so you have to air dry your clothes.

Great Location of apartment, shops, restaurants and metro station is 2-3mins away from apartment. Great air-con unit, very quiet it was possible to sleep when air-con was on!

We stayed in triple room and we heard some noises from neighbour balcony, they have small child mostly crying or shouting during the day and parents didn't calm down him. we usually forgot to turn on hot water button before taking a shower, so we had cold showers
