It's exactly as the name of the apartment... Modern, huge, central quiet and clean. Even if it's located in the center of Peristeri area, it's quiet, close to the metro station, and very clean!! Highly remembered if you need a place to stay out of the city centre

Spacious apartment in lively neighbourhood

This apartment was great. I stayed alone but it has everything a family needs. It is in Peristeri, a very lively neighbourhood. The apartment is fully equipped, basically a home away from home. It's close to the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies AND cafés, eateries, bars. I would definitely return. Big thanks to the owner, Alex!

Location was excellent.

Hard to find parking. Could have done better at cleaning, and I explain that before having the next tenant they should have all the cupboard and cabinets opened.

Good location and price, close to shopping and restaurants area. The apartment is well-equipped.

Breakfast was only symbolic: toast, snack bar and coffee (the coffee machine didn't work well). Some problems with hot water - it was the very poor water pressure.

Great location, nice owner, the apartment is fully equipped

There was everything you need in the apartment: fully equipped kitchen, soup and shampoo in the bathroom, iron in the living room, the A/C ect. Wifi connection was perfect. Very close to the underground station. Not loud at night and at the same time very close to the street with a lot of restaurants.

Shower should be renovated in the nearest future.

A beautiful home to spend your time on Athens! Super clean with a very nice kitchen, living room and bedroom. Location is greatl with a lot of nice shops around the area. This is the second time I'm staying here and the next time I'm visiting Athens will be my first option again!

Great value for money in a pleasent area

Great position in Peristreri, very big and comfortable appartment, super clean. The owner is very helpful! He sent us a deliery for the breakfast! There are all comforts in the apartment!

The description in Booking may give different (not better or worse) expectations, for example it refers to a 24-four front desk (but the owner was always available anyway!) and a bar.

Η ΚΑΛΥΤΕΡΗ ΕΠΙΛΟΓΗ

Φανταστικό διαμέρισμα σε εκπληκτική τοποθεσία. Τεράστιο, καθαρό, με μεγάλη βεράντα. Το διαμερισμα τα είχε όλα, δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. Πολύ καλή κουζίνα, ψυγείο με κατάψυξη, πρακτικοτατο μπάνιο, air conditioners (πολύ καλά) και στο σαλόνι και στο υπνοδωμάτιο, τηλεοράσεις επίσης. Το σημείο καλύτερο δεν μπορούσε να είναι. Πραγματικά μέσα στο κέντρο χωρίς όμως να έχει φασαρία. Στάση μετρό 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Εμπορικά, καφέ, εστιατόρια όλα δίπλα. Η επικοινωνια με τον ιδιοκτήτη αριστη. Θα το ξανάεπιλεξω σίγουρα.

Υπέροχη ήσυχη και καθαρή διαμονή !!!

Τι να πρώτο πω για το κατάλυμα όταν εκανα την κράτηση θεώρησα ότι ως συνήθως θα ήταν ένα απλό κατάλυμα καθως το έκλεισα σε πολυ οικονομικη τιμή !!! Όταν έφτασα στο κατάλυμα υπήρχε ανεπαφο chechin κάτι που μου έκανε εντύπωση καθως οι περισσότεροι δεν το έχουν ο ιδιοκτήτης του διαμερίσματος μου είχε στείλει σαφείς οδηγίες και έτσι δεν ανχωθηκα καθόλου Ο ιδιοκτήτης ήταν πολύ φιλικός και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει σε οποιαδήποτε απορία μου!!! Το διαμέρισμα είναι τεράστιο με πολύ προσεγμένος χώρους και το βασικότερο πεντακάθαρο!!! Μου έκανε εντύπωση το ότι δεν έλειπε τίποτα από το σπίτι ήταν λες και ζούσα εκει Το διαμέρισμα έχει υπέροχο μπαλκόνι και είναι πολύ ήσυχα παρόλο που είναι ακριβώς στο κέντρο Ενοειται θα το ξανά προτιμήσω και το συνιστώ σε οποιον θελει οικονομικό καθαρό χώρο και στη καρδιά του κέντρου!!!! Δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα από ένα πεντάστερο ξενοδοχείο!!!! Ευχαριστώ πολύ τον οικοδεσπότη για την φιλοξενία!!!

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μην μου άρεσε όλα ήταν 10/10

Nur ein Zimmer beheizbar, Bad kalt, Wohnzimmer und Küche kalt. Trotz Zusage kein Internet, kein Frühstück, deshalb zu teuer.
