The villa is located in a privileged environment, with wonderful views of the mountains. It is near the beautiful town of Pollença, and near the beaches of the bay of Pollença.
The villa has two spacious rooms. A room with two single beds, 0.90x2 meters, and a huge built-in wardrobe, has doors that give access to the outside. Next door has the first bathroom. The bathrooms are made of travertine marble. The first bathroom has a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed, 1,80x 2 meters, and en suite bathroom with shower. The living / dining room, is cozy, furnished with modern furniture, and a comfortable sofa.The villa has a magnificent kitchen, with central island, fully equipped, which gives access to the covered terrace, ideal for eating, reading, resting etc. ..
The exterior of the villa consists of a beautiful and well-kept garden, swimming pool with Roman steps, covered area, with ping-pong table, and barbecue.

Nice Villa close to Pollenca. Very kind and attentive host. 2 bsthrooms. Smart TV incl. Netflix account. We enjoyed our stay.

Antònia was a wonderful villa and the namesake a wonderful host. She was always available to answer any questions and was helpful all the way through our stay. The highlight of the villa is obviously the outdoor area which is wonderful and where we spent most of our time. The house is clean and simple. The kitchen has all the things you need, but watch out for the extractor hood. It is massive and makes cooking quite a hazard as my head can testify. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice, although some new pillows would be nice as we have all come home with fairly sore necks. When spending quite a lot of money, nicer pillows, bedding etc would have been appreciated. Overall though, we had a great time, the location is fantastic as the villa is peaceful but close to the beautiful Pollença.

We stayed for 10 days at the end of July and it was honestly the best place I have ever stayed on the island. It was perfectly situated only a 5 min car or taxi ride to Pollença town for restaurants but yet peaceful and quiet and set back from anyone else. We ended having barbecues (gas) most nights because the setting was so lovely and the kids could then go for a night swim with the various outside lights on (inc colour changing lights) which they loved. The air con in the bedrooms was a godsend and meant we all had good sleep. There are towels and bedding and kitchen utensils galore and you will want for nothing. The pool is perfect, the garden is lovely and there are so many places to position yourself as the sun or the shade moves round the house during the day. The owners could not be nicer people. They came to my rescue when my hire car was out of action and it was so reassuring to know that they were local and so lovely. Thank you Antonia and Rafael. x
