About this villa rental
Set in pretty mallorcan countryside, this stone-clad bungalow property offers peace, privacy and a very high standard of accommodation. A short driveway leads to the house with side entrance under a covered terrace into a spacious and comfortably furnished lounge/dining room. This lovely room has a fireplace, beamed vaulted ceilings, TV, DVD player and patio doors onto the anterior pool terrace. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, breakfast area and pantry. Separate laundry room with washing machine. From one end of the dining room is the air conditioned pretty master double bedroom with attractive en suite bathroom. A hallway leads from the dining area to a pretty twin bedroom with bathroom and a second twin bedroom with an adjacent full family bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning. The pool has steps into a shallow end for children and is set amongst spacious sun terraces and lawned gardens to the rear of the property. There is an outside shower by the pool and a childrens play area with swing. An attractive covered terrace offers plenty of shade and is a lovely spot for dining alfresco. Vine covered pérgola and a barbecue complete the outside area furnished for living, relaxing and dining in comfort.

This is a lovely villa, standing in beautifully set out and maintained gardens, located in the peaceful countryside between Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms worked very well for our group and the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed. It has a good pool with nice sunbathing areas.

What a beautiful place to stay! The villa is in a great location, situated within a short drive of many lovely restaurants. The grounds are wonderful throughout the day with perfect sun loungers and the swimming pool is excellent. The accommodation is very comfortable and it is a great place to stay in Mallorca.

Größe und Ausstattung für 6 Personen ausreichend.
Unter anderem Kamin, Waschmaschine u. Geschirrspüler vorhanden.
Großes uneinsehbares Grundstück, schöner sauberer Pool.
Ruhige Lage, aber doch zentral.Gute Beleuchtung auf dem Grundstück.
Toll ist auch der Tresor an der Haustür für die Haustürschlüssel.
1 A Service.Freundliche deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter. Wir hatten Stromausfall. Notfall Tel.Nr. vorhanden, es wurde sofort ein Mitarbeiter geschickt und nach einer halben Stunde war der Strom wieder da.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Finca und Nordvillas nur weiterempfehlen.Danke für die gute Betreuung auch bei der Buchung!
Ein weiterer Sonnenschirm am Pool wäre schön.
