About this house rental
Check-in 2:30 check out 10:30. This stand alone home is set in the idyllic setting in the quaint town of Parrita on the Pacific coast. Parrita is what Costa Rica is all about; friendly English speaking Ticos, amazing food, beautiful beaches, and a great location. Jaco, which is one of the best surfing areas in Costa Rica, is only 30 minutes away. Quepos, only 15 minutes away, is home to the one of Costa Rica's most unique National Parks; Manuel Antonio. Enjoy the adventure of discovering toucans, sloths, colorful land crabs, white faced monkeys, and over 800 species of birds and other wildlife. Fresh and deep sea fishing is available as well as horseback riding on the beach, paddle boarding, surfing, and ziplining.
Although this home has 2 bedrooms it is rented out at the price of a one bedroom. Everything you need is provided for you from beach towels to a full stocked kitchen. The main bedroom has a new comfortable queen bed with ample closet space. The second bedroom has two twins beds that can be use separate or put together. The large bathroom has a washing machine for your convenience. The complex has bicycles, boogie boards, and other toys for your use.
The property manager lives in the compound and speaks English, French and Spanish.
New Internet cable has been put in for great internet service.

We really enjoyed staying here. The property is on a little compound of similar properties. Lovely grounds and pool. Lots of wild life to spot. We did have trouble finding the property as arrived in the dark in a storm with a power cut and had no internet access. Luckily found the bar nearby who knew what we were looking for and directed us. Quite an adventure. Would definitely recommend.

A little out of the way, need a car or taxi, but beaches are beautiful and not crowded.. No WiFi in this unit, WiFi at pool area poor., but pool perfect.. lots wildlife, great restaurant/bar within walking distance.

The property is clean and has a beautiful grounds. Pool is clean and nice. Lots of birds to see.
Do not try and find this property in the dark, well out of town, down a gravel road, and no one speaks English, if you are asking for directions. Poor signage getting there.
They say their is wifi, but it is only in the pool area and it only worked early in the AM or late at night. If you require wifi, this is not the place to go. Makes it very hard to search for places and things to do. We have been in CR for nearly 2 months, and stayed, several different places, Wifi, is generally not a problem anymore.
Parrita is a bit sketchy, we have been to CR, 14 different times, and this has been the only time, we have had our car broke into, and let the air out of a tire. This happened at 2:30 in the afternoon, and we weren’t gone more than 15 minutes.
Lots to see and do in Manuel Antonio. The beach at Bejuco is very nice.
