The living and dining area has a 55 inch flat screen Smart TV, couch, recliner and kitchen table for four. The condo offers one king master suite with its own 48 inch flat screen TV and a private bath and a stunning private balcony. The second bedroom is a queen with its own 32 flat screen TV. The complex also has a nice private swimming pool and hot tub on the beach for Seacrest Guests and Owners only as well as gazebo and two stainless steel charcoal grills. Smoking NOT allowed in our unit, common areas or limited common areas which includes all balconies. Pets NOT allowed by guests.
