About this apartment rental
RiverWatch is located in the Historic District of downtown Beaufort, SC. Suite B is a short walk-up second floor unit that's beautifully decorated with a coastal and beach theme. There are two (2) very comfortable bedrooms with the Master having a Sealy Posturepedic queen and the second bedroom having a double. Additionally, there is a queen sleeper in the living room with a thick coiled spring mattress. All linens are provided.
The full bath has a shower and tub combination. Your kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, dishwasher, medium refrigerator, full size microwave, blender, toaster, and coffee pot. There are also essentials for cooking and dining. A shared washer and dryer is located on the first floor as well and all detergents are provided.
This property is well equipped with free WI-Fi, and easy to use Roku offering multiple channels and unlimited movies, a 50" 4K Smart TV, Blue-ray DVD player and four DVDs movies, all filmed in Beaufort.
There are two bicycles per unit for your peddling pleasure as well as a Hunting Island Beach FREE access pass.
Directly in front of your entrance @ 701 Congress St. are two parking spaces, one each for Suite A & B. More parking is available behind the Cafe. There is one boat or RV parking spot on the corner of Congress & Scott St.

The perfect cozy for a getaway. Looking forward to returning later this Summer. Shopping and restaurants are near by. If you are for the 40 minute to shop( which we did) to the Outlets. Highly recommend.

Overall, very nice location & very nice convenience. Didn't know that the café & cigar bar had apartments upstairs, been to the cigar store before on our last visit. As a person that love to cook, I would update the knives set with a sharpener on it and a wooden spoon set. One or two more bowls to serve the food out of. Nothing you can do about the parking but we would book again.

This little apartment was neat and clean and in a quiet spot. The hosts had a notebook with a lot of helpful info about the area and also a state park pass which we used to visit nearby Hunting Island. The bedding and towels were nice and the utensils and items supplied in the kitchen were more than adequate. We would recommend, and we hope to return.

Great place to stay! Great location, clean, safe. Checked all the boxes and did not disappoint! Added bonus, the cafe downstairs was fantastic!
