IN THE SHARED GARDEN THERE ARE 6 SHOWERS WITH HOT WATER AND 4 TOILETS AND 1 COMPLETE BATHROOM IN THE APARTMENT.
Family apartment full of history and charm of 150 m2 with sea views from the living room, dining room and terrace, 11 meters from the fine sandy beach of La Fosca. Living room with two sofa beds 140x190, television, DVD, dining room for 8 people and terrace with table and chairs for outdoor dining, sun loungers. The apartment has four bedrooms, 3 doubles and 1 single, a bathroom, kitchen and covered patio with barbecue, a second fridge and views of the shared garden. In the shared garden you will find 6 showers with hot water that you can use when you return from the beach and 4 toilets. Garden of 3,500 m2 shared with twelve families where tables and chairs are found as well as a wall of tennis and a ping-pong that can be used free of charge, you will find rackets and balls in the house, a small forest with hammocks, basketball baskets and a sack of boxing. If you need a baby cot, high chair or baby bath you can order them in advance and you will have them for free. You can park 2 cars in the property. There is a parking lot 20 meters from the house owned by the municipality of Palamós. This parking is free throughout the year with the exception of the months of June, July, August and September in which you must pay. Available services: The price for the final cleaning is 72 euros but if you wish you can do the final cleaning yourself. Bed linen: you can bring it or rent it: 1 set of individual sheets: 8 euros. A set of double sheets: 15 euros. Towels: a large and a small: 4 euros.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist hervorragend. Der Garten bietet viel Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Kommen gerne wieder!

És un apartament excepcional, amb grans finestrals per on veure el mar, que és just davant. Té una terrassa gran on poder menjar tots. Les habitacions són grans i amples, i està molt ben equipat, des de barbacoa fins a productes per cuinar. Vam quedar encantats, sobretot amb el tracte de la Camila, que va ser excel.lent en tot moment, amb molts detalls que s'agraeixen. Esperem poder-hi tornar!

L’appartement agréable, bien équipé, et spacieux, avec une vue magnifique sur la mer, à une minute de la plage.
La communication avec Camila en amont était fluide et simple.
Une fois sur place elle nous a réservé un accueil efficace et très sympathique !

Appartement très propre et bien équipé, proximité immédiate de la plage, vue exceptionnelle, jardin et commodités extérieures très soignés.
