About this house rental
Pretty typical Costa Brava villa, built on 850m2 of land, right by the Torre Valentina beach in Sant Antoni de Calonge, with open views of the sea and the village (up to Palamos).
Swimming pool with furnished terrace which will allow you to enjoy a large space and a breathtaking view of the sea
Area of 150m2 distributed in 2 floors. On the ground floor are:
- a large living room and dining room on 2 levels with exit to the outdoor terraces (covered and uncovered)
- the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine
- 4 large bedrooms:
1. the largest (20m2) with 4 beds (4 bunk beds of 90cm) and large closets
2. the 2nd type suite of 15m2 with 1 large double bed of 1.50m and also large closets, with direct access to a bathroom, with shower and wc (new work this year - We will add photos as soon as the work is finished finalized - Forecast at the end of March).
- A 2nd spacious bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and a toilet
3. Next is the 3rd bedroom with a 1.40m double bed at the top of the tower, with wardrobe and a balcony with sea view.
4. Finally, a new bedroom was built in 2016, with independent access and 2 single beds of 90cm + 1 extra bed of 90cm, with access to a private bathroom, composed of a shower and wc.
On the other hand, it will be possible to live outside thanks to a table and chairs as well as a fixed barbecue available, with a view of the sea. And in 2016 a pétanque track was built (8 boules available for adults, and 8 for children).
** Wifi internet available all year round **
- Possibility to rent sheets for 20€ / person and stay.
- Possibility of paying by bank transfer in order to avoid the commissions that Homelidays apply for online payment (on average 5 to 7%).

Great location and great house. Some of the furniture was dated, but everything was clean and tidy and air conditioning worked well. Nice pool and fantastic view over the sea and the port of Palamós!

We had a wonderful stay in Costa Brava! The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and conveniently close to a couple of supermarkets. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing getaway. We loved the lovely swimming pool and the stunning views from the patio. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed, including pots and pans, a Nespresso machine, and a microwave (an electric or a gas stove kettle would be a nice addition, though ;) ). Communication was prompt and clear, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable stay, and we'd love to return!
