Apartament jest nowy, czysty, z nowymi meblami, wystarczająco dobrze meblowany, łóżko z miękkim, wygodnym materacem. Aneks kuchenny jest wyposażony w lodówkę, kuchenkę elektryczną, szafki, naczynia w ilości odpowiedniej dla 2-3 osób. Łazienka z nowym prysznicem, umywalką i toaletą, czysta. Na balkonie mały stolik i trzy krzesła. Klimatyzacja działa prawidłowo. Wejście do apartamentów (3 na jednym piętrze) jest niezależne.
Gospodarze (właściciele) są bardzo przyjaźni, oferują z własnej inicjatywy pomoc.
Widok na morze z wysokości ok 15 m nad poziomem morza jest przepiękny. Dojście na plażę bezproblemowe, ok. 30 m.
Plaża stosunkowo wąska, a ulica oddzielająca lokalizację domu od plaży jest mało uczęszczana przez samochody. Pełni też rolę promenady. Wynajmujący posiadają możliwość nieodpłatnego parkowania samochodu, co w tej lokalizacji jest istotne ze względu na szczupłość miejsc parkingowych.
Stan rzeczywisty jest w pełni zgodny z przedstawioną ofertą.
Cena za wynajem tego apartamentu jest adekwatna i korzystna. :)

Gorąco polecam ten apartament. Miejsce jest niezwykle urokliwe. Widok z tarasu na morze i pobliski płwsp Peljeść oraz wyspę Hvar zapierająco piękny.Przemili państwo gospodarze.Dom usytuowany w cichym miejscu, daje możliwość do naprawdę komfortowych warunków wypoczynkowych.Plaża kamiensta dosłownie 30m od domu.Apartament wyposażony w klimatyzację, wentylator oraz inne potrzebne udogodnienia.Czysto nowocześnie i naprawdę przyjemne wnętrza.Bardo gorąco polecam wypoczynek w tym miejscu i apartamencie. <3
