The beach house Ivana is located in the first row by the sea and therefore directly on the beach.
From the apartment you have a wonderful sea view, because the house is in the first row by the sea and on the beach. On the ground floor of the house there are 2 apartments with a living area of between 70 - 80 m2.
Each apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom, living room, kitchen with oven, dishwasher and direct access to the garden.
In front of the apartments is a terrace with a sea view.
The apartments are air conditioned. A free parking space is in front of the house.
Ivana beach house
The holiday home is located in southern Dalmatia on the Makarska Riviera, in the middle of Mediterranean nature. Two apartments are located on the ground floor of the holiday home and can be rented together or separately. Both apartments are air-conditioned, which are ideal for families with and without children, friends, smaller groups, seniors and couples. The house is nestled in an idyllic bay directly in 1. Row by the sea, so that a large, natural swimming pool is practically on the doorstep. Beautiful, long dream beaches made of fine white pebbles are the figurehead of the village of Zaostrog. In front of the house is a Mediterranean garden with a large terrace equipped with tables and chairs for guests. Here you can read a good book, enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset or just listen to the sound of the sea. Sun loungers and parasols are provided. The beach is also very suitable for children and non-swimmers. The hidden bathing bays with crystal clear water, in which nudism is also tolerated, are in the immediate vicinity. Loneliness and closeness to nature are wonderfully combined. The beach promenade starts right in front of the holiday home and invites you for evening walks, where you can enjoy the excellent Mediterranean cuisine or a glass of wine in one of the taverns, cafes or restaurants along the sea.
Only a 10-minute walk from the holiday home you will find shops such as a grocery store, fruit and vegetable stand with a rich fresh selection and a post office. In front of the house is a small bakery with fresh bread and rolls.
A private parking lot, where your car is safely parked, is in the immediate vicinity of the holiday home.
Getting there:
The place Zaostrog is quite easy to reach by plane, car, bike or also by public transport. It is located exactly between Split and Dubrovnik. Split Airport is only 90 km away. You can also rent a car directly at the airport and reach the holiday home in about 2 - 3 hours. The journey by car from Munich takes about 8-10 hours.
Excursion destinations in the area
The Makarska Riviera is centrally located and offers everyone who does not just want to spend a beach holiday numerous opportunities to go on various excursions and sightseeing.
The city of Dubrovnik (World Heritage Site) can be easily reached by public bus or by car in 2 to 3 hours. The journey along the picturesque coast, always with a view of the crystal clear sea and the mountains, is a wonderful experience.
Hikes and mountain bike tours can be done off the beaten track.
During the summer months, numerous sports opportunities such as B. Pedal boating, jet skiing or boat trips to the beautiful islands, Hvar, Korcula, Brac or the Peljesac are offered.
Other leisure options include fishing, climbing, rafting and paragliding.

wir haben das Appartement für die letzten beiden Augustwochen gemietet. Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, relativ neue Küchengeräte. Auch einige Möbel waren neuer als auf den Fotos!
Platzverhältnisse sehr gut, man kam sich nie in die Quere ....( waren zu viert dort).
Insgesamt sehr ruhige Gegend! Keine großen Anlagen in der Nähe, also auch keine Lärmbelästigung durch Discos, Feiern, Animation etc.
Die Lage ist absolut TOP: nur wenige Meter vom Meer entfernt. Am Strand auch immer genügend Platz gewesen!
Die Vermieter waren besonders engagiert: 3 Tage vor unserer Abreise hatte die Wohnung über uns einen Rohrbruch! Es tröpfelte etwa im Badezimmer daher. Hab den Vermieter um 1h morgens angerufen, der in nur 20 minuten da war und die Reparatur oin die Wege geleitet hat. Um 9h hatten wir wieder Wasser!
Also nochmals vielen Dank für die rasche Erledigung an Ivana und Ivan!

Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich, Vermieter (Ivana, Ivan + Tante, spricht deutsch) waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bei Kontaktaufnahme kam immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung !
Kleine Anmerkung noch am Rande, die Halterung für den Duschkopf ist lose und hält nicht, WC-Sitz wackelt stark.

Das Strandhaus Ivana bietet 6 Ferienwohnungen in erstklassiger, direkter Strandlage. Die beiden Wohnungen im EG verfügen über eine sehr große Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Sonnenliegen inklusive Sonnenschirm ... optimal für 2 Familien, die gemeinsam Urlaub machen wollen. Die Einrichtung ist für kroatische Verhältnisse luxuriös, für deutschen Standard würde ich es als ordentlich und praktisch bezeichnen. In der Küche könnte es ein paar Utensilien mehr geben, auch eine Mikrowelle wäre durchaus von Nutzen ... aber es gibt ja in der Umgebung viele Restaurationen, die zum verweilen einladen ... weshalb also kochen bei den günstigen Preisen. Ein großes Lob gebührt der Reinigungskraft. Die Wohnung ist wirklich "piccobello" sauber. Da wird wirklich bis in jede Ecke und Ritze geputzt ... vorbildlich! Glücklicherweise sin die Appartements auch klimatisiert, somit kann man sich zur Abkühlung bequem in die eigenen 4 Wände zurückziehen und einer erholsamen Nachtruhe steht auch nichts im Wege. Wirklich einzigartig ist die Lage der Wohnung. Der ruhige Kiesel/Steinstrand mit glasklarem Wasser liegt direkt vor dem Haus. Keine 20 Meter über eine kleine, kaum befahrene Strandstraße und schon steht dem Badevergnügen nichts mehr im Wege. Bedingt durch die große Terrasse, muss man sich auch nicht unbedingt an den Strand legen ... man hat ja die Liegen auf der Terrasse ... da läuft man die 20 Meter um sich in der Adria kurz abzukühlen und begibt sich hernach wieder auf ein kühles Getränk in die bequeme Behaglichkeit des eigenen Refugiums um es sich auf einer der Sonnenliegen bequem zu machen. Wer dennoch lieber am Strand liegt, dem sei eine der gepolsterten Strandmatten empfohlen ... da sonnt es sich gleich viel bequemer. Der Strandabschnitt vor dem Haus ist relativ ruhig. Weiter vorn in Zaostrog ist, bedingt durch den Campingplatz, auch der Strandbereich übervoll ... zum Glück ist man am Strandhaus Ivana davon weit genug entfernt. Direkt vor dem Strandhaus befindet sich ein kleiner und sehr günstiger Bäcker, der von 6.30 Uhr bis 22 Uhr geöffnet hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zum einen ca. 150 Meter vom Haus entfernt in einem kleinen Shop, und dann direkt vorn am "Hafen", wo sich die beiden größeren Märkte "Konzum" und "Ribola Market" befinden ... beide mit sehr günstigen Preisen. Fazit: Dieses wunderschöne Fleckchen Erde bietet einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Wiederholungsgarantie ... wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir hatten sehr schöne und ruhige Urlaubstage in der Nachsaison. Im Garten stehen Bäume prall gefüllt mit Mandarinen, die einem jeden Morgen den Blick aufs Meer versüßten!
Die glasklare Adria in solcher Nähe, als wenn sie zum Garten dazu gehört. Nette Menschen und ein tolles Bergpanorama im Rücken haben den Urlaub so unvergesslich gemacht, dass wir uns auf ein Wiedersehen jetzt schon freuen!
