Quietly, at the bottom of a lane, in the district of the Five Cantons, the villa has every comfort for holidays. At 10 minutes from beaches, new house in Anglet, shops at 100 m, 1500 m Biarritz.
On the ground floor a living room that opens onto a south facing terrace with a garden of 80 m2, a kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Upstairs 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Parking for 2 cars in front of house.
* Ground floor: Entrance with wardrobe. Living room lounge / dining room of 38 m2 (LCD TV & DVD player). Fully equipped kitchen (hob, extractor, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster ...). Shower room with storage, shower and toilet. Cellar-Garage 20m2 with private washing machine (for bikes, scooter, surfing ...)
* Floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 bedrooms with beds 140 (new bedding) and closet, and a bedroom with 2 beds 90 and closet (new bedding). Bathroom with storage, bath and toilet.
* Outside: Terrace & garden south of 80 m2, Barbecue, Parasol, garden, Transat Point water, electric socket. Private parking for two cars in front of the house.
* Possibility 7th sleeping (for a child) with a folding bed, on request. Umbrella and high chair baby bed, on request.
