About this house rental
Pretty villa for 6 to 7 people, in a quiet street in the very dynamic St Charles district. The beaches of the center (Grande Plage and Miramar) are 10 minutes walk away. The Biarritz lighthouse golf course is also within walking distance of 500m.
All shops in the area, and a little more than a km from the downtown.
Free shuttle to the city center and the beaches, down the street. Taking your car is not necessary on a daily basis.

Large living room / dining room, with sofa bed, armchairs, television, box and bluetooth speakers, opening onto a balcony on the street side.

1 bedroom with 140 cm bed
1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 attached to each other with private bathroom (washbasin + bidet)

Possibility of parking in the garden, for 2 cars one behind the other.

This house is part of a set of 2 houses on the same lot.
The 2nd house belongs to my brother, and will be under construction from mid-January to the end of May, he should occupy it from autumn 2026.
There will certainly be occasional noise.
In addition, beyond the private terrace, the garden is shared.
A small independent apartment is located on the first floor of the house, one of their front doors is close to the terrace. It will be occupied by a student from the fall.

We have rented a great deal of houses all over France but Biarritz and this house is one of our favorites. You feel at home in this loveley house, well equiped and with a nice garden. The kitchen is somewhat small if you would like to be a team while preparing meals. Otherwise, you are situated in a very calm area of Biaritz in the St Charles with all the stores you need. The owner is very wellcoming and charming. We will certainly come back!
