The house is well located and comfortable. The pool lacked heating, which was necessary as it was winter. The beds were comfortable and the shower was strong. The kitchen served well and the central air conditioning worked properly. The house looks its age and deserves renovation, but we were satisfied with our stay and would not hesitate to return.

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was absolutely perfect and it had everything we needed. It was me, my daughter and her dad. The kitchen made it possible to do a lot of cooking and the pool was perfect for us. We had an issue with the pool, contacted owner and was looked at promptly. Close to parks, shopping, groceries, and felt safe in the neighborhood. This was a wonderful vacation for our 7 year old, thank you for providing us with a safe, comfortable and well kept home. We would definitely rent again!

We stayed there for over two weeks, the location is convenient for everything, the villa is very clean and roomy. We enjoyed our stay a lot. We would rent it again in a few months if it is available. Thank you Patricia for sharing your villa with us!

Overall the property was good and we enjoyed our stay.
However, the property could do with updating and a few repairs. The bed in the main bedroom had a broken leg which we propped up with books. The shower curtain in the ensuite was broken. The cleaning could be better.
On the positive the kitchen was well stocked and a few essentials had been left.
The villa is in a good location for food, shopping and parks.
