Clean and everything we needed.
Then pool was great.
Excellent area to have a base in as close to all parks.
Nice quiet area to chill, the view of the wildlife and the lake was a wonderful way to start the morning drinking a coffee and wind down in an evening.

Location was great, in a quiet neighborhood.
Outside patio furniture needs major updating and also interior couch was awful.
