About this apartment rental
Sweetwater Club is a resort condominium with a variety of activities to suit all ages. The condominium is located off route US192 and minutes away from Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios.
The condominium is privately owned, well-appointed and maintained. It has all the comforts of home, except we will clean after your stay. The condominium features a full kitchen, dining table & chairs, carpeted & ceramic tile floor and a spacious cathedral ceiling living room. The living room and all bedrooms are furnished with its own cable TV. Wireless Internet is included. We also have similar lower floor Unit.
One fully furnished bedroom has a king-size bed with its own bath and walkout balcony. The fully furnished second bedroom has a queen-size and the third bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 3 bedroom and 2 bath condominium will easily accommodate up to 6 people.

Overall a very, very nice place for the cost. Convenient. Overall clean, though the bathroom tile had some ‘stuff’ stuck to it, not mentioning what. Very spacious place! Huge closets. One room, the light switch for the lamp didn’t work so had to plug and unplug. Could not get any of the TV’s to work. Beds were not comfortable, but bedding was very clean, with ample pillows and blankets. Had starter supplies and wide variety of stocked dishes and utensils. Had a lot of books for those that enjoy reading. I would definitely stay again; the value was great- just could use a few improvements.

Great home away from home. Close to all the theme parks. The pool and hot tub in the housing development were particularly refreshing at the end of the day. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice condo. It is as advertised. Very large living and dining areas. Bedrooms are very nice. All appliances worked. The entire place was very clean. Good neighborhood. Close to the parks.

Stayed at this location for our family vacation December 2022. The location was close to local stores and amusement parks. However when we arrived the room was dirty and uncleaned. We arrived early morning due to our flights being cancelled. At the time of our arrival we had to make our own bed the comforter was never washed. Thankfully, we found clean sheets in the dryer. The owner was great at communicating and on top of getting someone in that morning for the house to be cleaned. Be aware you have to provide your own toilet paper if staying for a week or longer. The house only comes with a half a roll and the rules of the house is for you to provide your own. There are also other rules for you to wash any linen (towels) used to make the house keepers job easier regardless of paying for the cleaning fee. At the time of departure you have to be sure to take off all bedding used in the home to help the cleaning crew. If staying at this location take some type of bug spray as this house does have roaches. We didn't see any roaches until the second night and they will be in the kitchen and main restroom. Due to having small kids and not a fan of roaches this is the only thing that made our stay a little uncomfortable. As most rooms were to expensive to try and book or sold out due to traveling at Christmas time. Other than the roach issue and the room being dirty at the time of arrival..It is a good location and near everything needed. The place could use some upgrades but definitely budget friendly. Owner is great at communication and accomodations.
