This recently renovated stone farmhouse offers four levels of accommodation and walled south-facing gardens. Just 15 minutes from Le Lioran ski resort, and at the heart of walking and mountain bike trails this property offers the ideal base for an active outdoor holiday. 6+ bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including two en suites, plus pool, a stunning snooker room with full sized table and separate spacious games room with table-football and table-tennis tables. The ground floor offers a large open plan kitchen and living/ dining space with range cooker, games table/reading corner, open fire and underfloor heating. Large dining table. The first floor has 4 bedrooms and a television room with two occasional double sofa beds for additional flexible sleeping accommodation. The second floor sleeps 8 people with ease.

Un week-end inoubliable dans cette incroyable maison! Belle fête de famille sous le soleil du Cantal en plein cœur des chemins de randonnée cette magnifique maison a ravi tous les âges de la famille. 20 personnes la maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipé (malgré quelques difficultés à faire fonctionner le lave vaisselle les explications ne sont pas très claires…) les espaces de jeux sont incroyables un billard magnifique ! Nous reviendrons avec l’option piscine ouverte ! Nous recommandons cette location qui ne peut décevoir personne !

Nous étions 6 couples avec chacun 1 a 2 enfants . la maison est très bien aménagée et chaque famille a pu trouver sa place . Nous navons pas eu limpression d’être les uns sur les autres. les équipements sont très complets et rien ne manque pour vivre sans souci a si nombreux. la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de gout. et la cerise sur le gâteau : la piscine intérieure. Cest certain nous reviendrons !
