SOUTH ARDECHE, discover our large house sleeping up to 22 people (12 adults + 10 children), ideally located near the river and in the heart of the vineyards. Just 4 kilometres from Les Vans, a picturesque village in the Ardèche known for its famous market, this superb 19th-century stone building has been completely renovated to offer you all modern comforts in an exceptional setting. Come and enjoy some memorable moments, whether with family or friends, in this former silkworm farm steeped in history and charm. Inside, you'll find a large dining room, a fully-equipped semi-open-plan kitchen with two large fridges, a large freezer, two dishwashers, a seven-burner piano with three ovens, a large work surface, and everything you need (microwave, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, toaster). You'll also appreciate the comfortable living areas with lounge, small lounge and master bedroom with shower room on the ground floor, as well as the 5 double bedrooms upstairs, with a large bathroom with shower and bath, another bathroom with shower and a children's dormitory with 10 bunk beds. There's plenty to do outside, too, with a huge 100 m² terrace opening onto a hectare of parkland, inviting you to enjoy unique moments of relaxation and conviviality. The proximity of the river adds a touch of freshness and adventure to your stay. The perfect opportunity to get away from it all and enjoy a swim in the river. The location of our house is ideal for lovers of exploration and the great outdoors. Just a 10-minute walk will take you to the Chassezac, the local river, where activities such as swimming, rock jumping, canoeing and admiring the gorges await you. Magnificent walks and cycle rides along the surrounding trails will take your breath away. What's more, our house is close to must-see destinations such as Vallon Pont d'Arc, Ruoms, Grospierres and Joyeuses, all less than 20 minutes' drive away.
