About this villa rental
Wonderful new 3 bedroom detached villa with fantastic sea views just 10 minutes walk to the blue flag beach.
The villa's elegant entrance hall with its high Moorish style ceiling and delightful furnishings sets the tone for the rest of this beautiful house which assures you a terrific holiday with all the comforts of home! There is full air-conditioning living areas and bedrooms.
The lounge has a comfortable couch and chairs, flat screen satellite TV and opens onto a fantastic sun terrace with private pool and superb views of Luz Bay and Rocha Negra. alongside the lounge is a delightful dining area with a contemporary glass dining table and terrific sea views. The dining area also has doors to the sun terrace which has an outside dining table and chairs for very special al fresco meals by the pool.
A central corridor has a guest bathroom with shower, opposite which a door opens into the well-equipped kitchen next to the dining room. The kitchen has fridge/freezer, electric oven & hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster etc. and lots of cookware, crockery etc., while the washing machine is located in the laundry room downstairs. There is unlimited free Wi Fi.
An impressive stairwell leads down to the lower level which has 3 lovely spacious bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom. Also on this level is a utility room with washing machine and iron & ironing board.
With a wonderful private pool and patio dining area and sea views to die for, all near to lots of great village restaurants, this villa definitely ticks all the boxes!

Loved the Villa. Very spacious. All three bedrooms being downstairs was fantastic. Really enjoyed morning coffee on the pool deck looking at the amazing view. Short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. Would love to stay here again. Also, great hosts. Communication was timely and appreciated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this stunning villa in Luz! The views are truly breathtaking — waking up to the ocean sparkling in the morning light was a daily highlight. The villa is beautifully maintained, spacious, and equipped with everything you could need.The private pool was perfect for relaxing and the outdoor areas are ideal for enjoying meals or drinks while soaking in the scenery. The location is fantastic — just a short, walk to the beach, restaurants, and local shops, yet peaceful enough to feel like your own private retreat.Our hosts were friendly, responsive, and provided all the information we needed for a seamless stay. We can’t recommend this villa enough and would love to return someday — a true little slice of paradise!

Our host & his representative Clara, were very responsive & helpful. The view, location & layout of this beautiful home were perfect for our group of 5 people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Algarve.

Adults and children really enjoyed our time at the villa which is very well appointed and spacious throughout. The outside space sets off the inside perfectly. The view from the terrace and pool area is wonderful. We hardly needed to go out! We look forward to returning.
