Not quite spacious enough due to strong winds making balcony table and seating unusable.

Ottima posizione ideale per Serifos. A Livadi è la posizione migliore. In pochi minuti direttamente sul Lungomare. L’appartamento piccolino ma con anche attenzioni aggiuntive. La signora che gestisce ha attenzioni in più; ci ha fatto trovare la macchinetta per le zanzare con le pastiglie acqua qualche cialda di caffè zucchero e bustine del the. La pulizia quotidiana è compresa sé richiesta. Il cambio asciugamani quando richiesto (data scarsità acqua e per sostenibilità lo abbiamo richiesto una volta a metà soggiorno) . Presenza di bagnoschiuma e sapone liquido. Bel terrazzino con vista mare dove fare colazione e piccolo stendibiancheria utilissimo. In utilizzo anche due teli da spiaggia.

We stayed towards the end of September. Good location in Livadi and very near to the quiet and beautiful small beach (Livadia) and local food shops. It was helpful to have a small safe provided in the room. Very good to have had a small expresso coffee maker in the room as well as a kettle, refrigerator and basic crockery. Balcony was good...though unfortunately due to the high winds at the end of our stay, we were unable to use it for the last few days.

It would have been useful to have had a chest of drawers in the room to put clothes in, rather than just one cupboard.
