Exclusive villa near the golf area el Salobre, Gran Canaria, with private heated pool. It is located in a modern complex with a golf course and just 8 minutes from Maspalomas beach.
This beautiful house with its own style, has three double bedrooms on the upper floor with 2 of them with two single beds, one of them is directly connected to the upper solarium. Both bedrooms share a bathroom. The main bedroom is located on the ground floor with a queen bed and private bathroom with shower and bath.
On the main floor there is a toilet and a TV room with sofas. Besides we have a great and modern kitchen connected to the living room and access to the outside of the house, terrace and pool.
This fantastic private villa Tabaibas 14 is equipped with unlimited wifi, TV with international channels, air conditioning, barbecue and everything necessary for the guest to feel as comfortable as at home.
The interior of the villa is designed with traditional and contemporary features blending in perfect harmony, with open space and large windows to allow in natural light.
The exterior stands out for its fabulous private heated pool (4x2x1.4m) and with comfortable sun loungers. In addition, it houses a relaxing outdoor dining area with a table for 6 people and a barbecue.
The complex has a golf course, 24-hour private security with security control at the entrance, children's entertainment area, supermarket and a grill restaurant.
There are cots and high chairs available. Please let us know when you make your reservation. The cot and high chair will be provided only on request.
The heated pool has an extra charge of 30€/day, maximum 27 ºC

The bed and bathrooms are very spacious and clean. The outside patio is really big with lots of place to sit and lay in the shade. It even has a smart tv. The garage is a big plus because our car always had a cool temperature and din´t had to stand in the sun all day.
The pool is green on the edges. It would look nicer if it is cleaned. Also the pictures show grass around the pool. In reality is was weeds and mostly gravel making it a huge litter box for the stray cats in the area. Therefore our kids couln´t play in the garden as much as they wanted.

Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Einrichtung in einem guten Zustand um sich hier wohlzufühlen. Der Blick auf den Golfplatz ist eine Augenweide.
Leider befindet sich derzeit (März 19) direkt neben der Villa eine Baustelle (30 m entfernt).
Die an der Villa direkt vorbeiführende Straße wird derzeit nicht nur von PKWs der Anlieger befahren, sondern auch im erheblichen Umfang von Baustellenfahrzeugen.
Beides zusammen führte zu einer erheblichen Lärm - Dauerbelastung.
Nach unserer Beschwerde konnten wir in einer gleichwertigen Villa im Par 4 umziehen. Hier konnten wir einen erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub verbringen.
Hierfür nochmals vielen Dank an Pablo für die schnelle Abhilfe.
