About this house rental
The house is independent and is arranged over two floors. The ground floor consists of two bedrooms with a living room, a kitchenette, equipped with a washing machine, electric oven and microwave and of course a gas hob with four burners, and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is the third bedroom with attached bathroom. This overlooks a large terrace overlooking the sea. The house is equipped with air conditioning and a large screen TV with satellite and access to the various channels of foreign countries. The courtyard, very private, is furnished with table and sitting area and a large umbrella. The house is about a kilometer from the pine forest from which you reach Budoni beach, crossing a small wooden bridge. From the house it is also possible to reach the typical and calm beach of Porto Ainu, and for this it loves the cliff, continuing you meet Baia Sant'Anna characterized by an old and dilapidated marina.
Sant'Anna beach can also be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house is located near two markets and a pharmacy and is about two km from Budoni, where you can find many other services such as banks, (Intesa San Paolo, Banco di Sardegna, Unicredit and the Post Office), and the Tourist Medical Guard.

Stayed with family. A very nice house with a small front garden where we sat a lot. The out door shower was nice. House very clean and tastefully decorated. Easy parking outside but maybe a bit long walk to the beach if you have small children, but there is a big parking by the beach. Long and clean beach. House also close to a couple of nice restaurants and grocery store (wich close for siesta..).

Ho soggiornato per una decina di giorni con dei miei amici in questo alloggio nella località di Taunanella e devo dire che mi sono trovato molto bene: la proprietaria Anna è stata molto disponibile fin dal giorno del nostro arrivo, ed anche nei giorni successivi si è premurata di chiederci se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. La casa al suo interno non è grandissima ma è comunque molto accessoriata e moderna, in particolare per quello che riguarda la TV ed i letti. Come si può vedere anche dalle foto, è dotata di due camere doppie al piano terra e di una al piano superiore, quest'ultima con un piccolo bagno privato. La parte interessante viene però all'esterno, dove troviamo al piano terra un tavolo all'aperto ed un portico. Al primo piano invece c'è un terrazzino che offre una splendida vista sulla costa nord-orientale della Sardegna. Inoltre la casa è comoda sia per la spiaggia che per il centro di Budoni. In conclusione è stato un bellissimo soggiorno e mi sento quindi di consigliare questo alloggio.

Anna ist eine sehr zuvorkommende und schnell reagierende Vermieterin. Wir haben uns in ihrem Haus, das sehr nett eingerichtet ist, sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr nett die Geste mit den kleinen Willkommensgeschenken! Wir haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt!
