About this villa rental
VILLA PEONIA is a charming villa with sea view 500 meters from the beach, with PRIVATE POOL and with a lawn GARDEN.
The owners will be happy to entrust you with their beloved home, wishing you to spend an extraordinary holiday!
Recently built, the villa is well equipped and is equipped with the best comforts for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday at the same time. Particularly noteworthy are the PRIVATE POOL, the GARDEN and the large covered VERANDA where everyday life mainly takes place.
The villa can comfortably accommodate 7 people in standard conditions, up to a maximum of 9 people (two units in the sofa / double bed in the living area). Also available (on request and with supplement) an infant bed to be placed in the double room and additional beds in the adjacent room (to be requested by email). For the months from May to September reservations are accepted from Saturday check-in to Saturday check-out.
The VILLA, inside, is characterized by the presence of 5
rooms:
- a large KITCHEN-LIVING room
- a DOUBLE ROOM
- a DOUBLE ROOM with bunk beds or, on request, with a double bed
- a TRIPLE ROOM with French bed + single bed
- a BATHROOM with shower
The interiors of the house are furnished with style. The rooms are air-conditioned with the efficient air conditioning and heating system that can be activated with a remote control in each room (bathroom not included).
The internal area of the villa is covered by the WI-FI Internet connection and a satellite TV is also available. A safe is available.
The villa is equipped with every comfort outside. There is also a BBQ (barbeque).
The lawn garden, adorned with flowering bushes during the summer season, is the setting for the SWIMMING POOL and SOLARIUM with local stone flooring equipped with modern sun beds, to enjoy the extraordinary sun of this land. On the back of the villa and near the pool there is an outdoor shower (with privacy), well camouflaged.
In the evening the garden and the POOL are completely illuminated after sunset (sometimes spectacular!) to enjoy all the services of the villa until late at night, while respecting the peace of the site and the rules of good individual behavior.
The GREAT VERANDA with vertical fabric curtains shelters from the sun and creates a relaxation area where there are comfortable sofas and tables overlooking the sea and surrounding landscape, the garden and the pool. For guests with children, it will be easier to monitor the children while they play in the pool, perhaps enjoying an aperitif in the shade of the chestnut roof of the veranda. On the same veranda there is also a large teak table with chairs for breakfast, lunches and dinners to spend with family and / or friends.
The villa can be reached from the entrance (via Argonauti 74) through an electric gate with remote control or access code that guarantees a high level of privacy and tranquility.
A private driveway, accessible by car or on foot, leads to the villa delimited in turn by a large granite stone enclosure and chestnut fences. Here there is also a private and covered AUTO BOX.

We have to say "thank you" to Pina for having us in her beautyfull holiday home. The house has everything you expect and beyond that gives you a real felling of being "at home". It was easy to reach beaches nearby or to commute to next villages. Similar with super market and restaurants which are in walking distance. The beach in Budoni is a real dream - for either swimming or longer walks. Grazie Mille Pina!!

Wonderful house with really nice and clean pool. The house offers several places to sit outside during the day. It is situated slightly elevated and exposed to wind which is very nice with hot temperatures. All is well maintained and complete, every room has an AC. A supermarked is in 5min. walking distance. Pina and her husband are great hosts, welcomed us with cake, cold drinks and fresh vegetables. A clear recommendation!

Beautiful property, we had a lovely stay. Pina was very helpful but no English spoken so had to rely on Google translator. One small criticism pool furniture and sun shade need replacing, other than that excellent.
