About this apartment rental


This apartment is my really lovely and very comfortable 2 bedroom ground floor garden apartment, well-equipped and stylishly furnished with a perfect south facing view over the lovely grounds and pool area, and located within easy walking distance of the Marina, town centre and Pinhal golf course. Sleeps 4 people plus an infant (the apartment has its own travel cot). Rental licence no: 24749/AL c/o CB&R Lda.
Special note: I AM VERY PROUD OF MY EXCELLENT CLEANING TEAM WHO WORK HARD TO ENSURE THE APARTMENT IS CLEAN AND SPARKLING FOR ALL GUESTS, EVERY TIME.

The apartment has a master bedroom with king size bed, air-conditioning and built-in wardrobes and a smaller twin bedroom with air-conditioning. It has a recently fitted family bathroom with large walk-in shower cubicle, full bath with shower-over, vanity unit and WC. Also a guest cloakroom with vanity unit and WC.
The apartment has a lovely open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen (updated for 2025) is fully fitted and well equipped including fridge/freezer, oven and hob, microwave, George Foreman grill/BBQ, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a small safe, a hairdryer, travel cot, highchair and linen, towels. Pool towels are also available. Within the private terrace and garden, a rattan sofa set, patio table, chairs and 2 loungers are all provided for guests use.

There is free WI-FI throughout the apartment.

The bright and spacious open-plan lounge diner has a SMART TV, so you can enjoy any of your own subscription services (e.g. Netflix, Amazon Prime e.t.c.) in the apartment. There is also a DVD, an Amazon Echo speaker and a bluetooth speaker which are all available for you to use.

There is a comfortable sofa and two armchairs, and a lovely view through the wall-length patio doors which open onto the private terrace and garden, with direct access over the lawns to the swimming pool area.

I have replaced all the following recently:
* Beds : top quality divans throughout
* Kitchen appliances(white goods) new for 2025
* Boiler
* Decoration throughout.

There is a large communal pool just visible and easily accessible from the apartment with a small children’s pool too.

There is a cafe, bar, hairdresser/beautician, launderette and a SPAR supermarket within the Locality and it is around a 15-20 minute stroll across flat parkland and gardens to the town centre, Vilamoura Marina and beaches (all within 2 kilometres) or you could take the tourist train which passes by regularly in the summer.

Please note the apartment is on the ground level with no steps or lifts to negotiate so is well suited to young families and guests with mobility challenges.

The apartment has underground parking as well as street parking areas.

The apartment is principally a cherished holiday home for my family, but is also rented out using a professional, local management company who will meet and greet all guests and provide local support during your holiday.

Fantastic apartment in a lovely quiet safe area with lots of amenities nearby. Comfortable beds and lovely bathrooms and kitchen area with everything you could need. Nice patio leading out to gardens and the pool area. Big bonus was tv with lots of uk channels and an alexa speaker.

Absolutely loved it Apartment was super clean with every appliance and utensil you would ever need . Great location with a few nice restaurants around.Nice gentle 15 minute stroll into Vilamoura marina. Communications with Susan and Jackie were absolutely spot on and they couldn't do enough for you .I will definitely return and and recommend it to all my friends and family .cant fault anything at all

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful apartment in Vilamoura. Was like a home from home. Very easy access to pool, local Spar, three restaurants less than a two minute walk. Our two teenagers aged 12 and 14 were also very impressed with not only the pool but with Netflix and Disney on the TV etc! Easy access to all amenities in the Vilamoura area. Uber is a very easy and cheap mode of transport. Easy communication with the owner Sue and her rental agent Jackie. We have already booked again for Summer 2026 and looking forward to it! We stayed at this apartment a family of 4 (2 adults & 2 children) aged 20 and 15 for 2 weeks in August, what can I say from the moment we arrived it was beautiful, it had a home from home feel to it, everything you could need for a stay here. The apartment is very spacious . The location is fab only 15/20 mins walk to Marina or 5 Euros in taxi. There is a small bar , restaurant and spar supermarket at the end of the road. The pool area is great for little ones or adults and it was a lovely pool . The apartment is beautiful and beds really comfy. The garden area is fab. I would like to thank Sue and Jackie for all their help it was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment if going to Vilamoura 👍
