About this apartment rental
Perfect location: 2 bedroom apartment with a great location and a lovely view over the pool. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, spacious living room. The balcony has a stunning view of the garden and pool. Ideally located on the 2nd floor (no lift) in the Palmeiras do Golf condominium, only 20 minutes walk from the Marina and beach. Pinhal Golf Course is just a 4-minute walk away.
Kitchen: oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, iron and ironing board.
Living / dining room: dining table and chairs, sofa, LCD, air conditioning, balcony overlooking the pool.
Balcony: table with 4 chairs.
Master bedroom: double bed, en suite with shower, electric ceiling fan with remote and extremely quiet, safe.
Bedroom 2: twin beds, electric ceiling fan with remote, extremely quiet.
Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, washbasin, hair dryer.
Common areas: Common pool, garden, playground, volley court, BBQ.
Facilities: Wifi, Cable TV, Car parking.
Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):
Exemptions from the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax): Guests under the age of 16 (sixteen), excluding the birthday date. Great venue but just a little bit out for our liking apartment was clean modern and well equipped. Vilamoura is a lovely place.

Lovely stay in this apartment with me, my wife and 2 kids (12 & 8). Can’t fault the service at all. Transport from the apartment to the airport and back and we were welcomed by one of the staff when we got there who talked us through the basics etc. clean, spacious and modern apartment.
10 minute walk to your nearest spar and restaurant (the sailors corner is lovely) and 20 min walk to the marina. Any questions we had during the stay were answered promptly and with the answer.
If being really picky only thing is you don't get sun loungers with the apartment but didn't put us off spending time around the pool which was large and always keep clean.
Would definitely recommend this apartment to family's, couples or friend groups.
