About this villa rental
"Ciumara Houses" are two apartments in a villa located in a charming hill surrounded by lemon groves, orange groves and olive groves.
The villa is located between Avola, the capital of the Almond and Nero d'Avola 3 km away, the municipality to which it belongs, and Noto famous for its Baroque 5 km away. They have a splendid view of the typical Sicilian gardens ... and in the distance you can admire a blue and inviting sea.
The villa is surrounded by a large garden, where olive trees frame and each individual apartment has its own private green area with veranda, and a shared green area with a playground for the little ones.
In each private green area you can relax, sunbathe, read a good book ... organize barbecues, have lunch and dinner outside!
There is the possibility of parking the cars in the wide avenue of the villa.
Casa Ciumara West, arranged on one floor, is composed of:
from a semi-open kitchen / veranda, two air-conditioned bedrooms (one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed), a bathroom (sink, toilet, bidet), and a bathroom / laundry outside the sleeping area with a large and brand new shower.
La Ciumara West has a large private terrace with a panorama of the Sicilian countryside down to the sea!
The house is equipped with: kitchen utensils, clothesline, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, TV, garden furniture, barbecue, kitchen linen, bed and bathroom.
The house can accommodate up to 4 people and your little "4-legged friends".

This home is located in the country side under olive trees and in the midst of lemon groves. It has the best kitchen and shower of anyplace we've stayed in 21 days in Italy. The host, Sandra, left us well stocked with water (house water is not potable), snacks and lemons. It's a bit hard to find but she was able to locate us and led us to the house. Try to get the GPS coordinates if possible. Lovely, peaceful place, the perfect way to relax after a fast paced trip through Southern Italy.

Wij zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen. De locatie was perfect. Villa is perfect met alles erop en eraan. Keuken/douche/airco. Alles zeer modern. Omgeven door citroenbomen. En het strand is 3km verderop. Er zijn prachtige stranden in de buurt. Veel speelruimte voor kinderen bij de accommodatie. Auto is een must. De eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam en zeer vriendelijk. We zijn niets tekort gekomen daar zorgde Massio wel voor. Dankjewel Massimo!!!!we appreciate! Thanks for everything.

Lovely garden and perfect host. Once getting used to the seperated area's (the bedrooms have another entrance as the kitchen and shower-room) this was a splendid house nearby the beutifull beaches of Avola.
