About this apartment rental
Tucked away in a quiet area of the attractive low rise Sao Rafael complex yet only 1 minute's walk from the swimming pool, this large, airy, 2 bedroom ground floor apartment is ideal for families or friends travelling together. The traditional design means it stays cool inside even when it is at its hottest outside. It has direct access to its own large semi private garden with views towards the sea and is within 100m of the communal swimming pool and a short walk to two glorious beaches and several bars and restaurants. Accommodation comprises: Spacious lounge with sofa, armchair and banquette; satellite TV with UK channels; DVD; feature fireplace; patio doors out to the south facing terrace. Fully equipped modern kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, cafetiere, toaster, juicer, washing machine, a full range of utensils, pans and crockery and dining table. 2 large twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Modern bathroom with toilet, sink and walk in rain shower. Large covered south facing terrace with table, chairs and 2 sun loungers, BBQ and direct access to the communal gardens. Safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes airer. Towels & beach towels provided, linen changed weekly for 2 week summer lets. Free wifi is available in the apartment.

Great location, easy walking distance to a couple of local beaches and restaurants.
Good value for money, well stocked kitchen for utensils and the welcome goodies were a lovely gesture. Store cupboard condiments and oils were a plus for cooking at home.
Also, there are plenty of beach things, umbrella, towels and children’s toys.
The barbecue was a fantastic bonus but the lack of barbecue tools made us have to compromise, but it didn’t stop us.
For us, the beds were quite hard but we found spare duvets and used them as toppers.
The reason we can’t give 5 stars is, because of the beds, we missed meeting with the agent to receive the key and wasn’t quite sure where to leave the key on departure, even though we did message Terry a couple of times.
Would we stay here again, yes.

Exelente estadia em família num apartamento super confortável e acolhedor situado numa zona calma e muito perto da praia de São Rafael.

Très belle résidence. Très bel appartement, très bien équipé.
Dommage que la literie ne soit pas très confortable et les lits trop petits ( je mesure 1m87).
Quelques fourmis également dans la salle de bain...
Sinon, c'est vraiment superbe , tranquille , avec des plages magnifiques tout près !!
