Mitten in der Altstadtzone (mit nur sehr beschränktem Anrainerverkehr - also quasi in der Fußgängerzone - nur wenige Meter vom Dom von Restaurants, Bars und Shops und nur 7 oder 8 Minuten von Stadtstrand. Das bequeme Bett und das kleine aber feine Badezimmer sind ebenso positiv zu erwähnen.
Die Wohnungstüre ist antik, folglich hört man, wenn von der Nachbarwohnung wer die seine Türe schließt oder im Stiegenhaus ist.

The street below is quite noisy, you need to keep the windows closed or get used to the sounds
