Villa del Mar - "Luxurious en-suite bedroom with lounge and stunning sea view balcony in Bantry Bay"

Stunning villa with magnificent views from every room!

Lots of steps to get up to the villa, no direct elevator to our floor.

Amazing views, well appointed room, perfect for a few nights.

A little overpriced for the amenities it provides. While it’s appointed like a 5-star hotel, it doesn’t provide the same services as one since it’s a BnB.

Great location and gorgeous view. Bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom and closet area were nice and spacious.

It was not private as advertised, unfortunately. The balcony is shared with the bedroom next door (states it’s private on the listing). While we were there the host Linzis mother was staying in the room. When tidying the room, our doors to the balcony would be left open when they were finished. We came back and the mother’s doors were also open to the balcony. We had chargers and adapters missing, and after we left Linzi let us know her mother had gone into our room and taken them. Additionally, they had a photo shoot in our room without letting us know in advance so we could organize and tidy our things which was unfortunate and seemed very avoidable. Linzi tried to rectify things (tried to buy a new adapter and bought us a bottle of wine), but overall, if the room was actually private as advertised much of this could have been avoided.
