Die Wohnung ist wirklich einzigartig und liegt in einem gepflegten Haus in zentraler und ruhiger Lage von Ponta Delgada. Hafen und Restaurants sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung selber ist modern eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und alles ist sehr gepflegt und absolut sauber! Vielen Dank für das Getränke- und Lebensmittelpaket! Netter Kontakt mit Marcilia, die sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Treppen in die 2. Etage waren für uns kein Problem. Leider konnten wir durch eine Flugannullierung und Verspätung statt 3 nur 1,5 Nächte in der Wohnung sein. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten! Absolut empfehlenswert!

The central location, cleanliness and ease of checking in

The amount of stairs. The front door appears to be harder to close than it actually is- I accidentally used too much force and a neighbor spoke to me about it.

La posizione in centro ma in una zona tranquilla con disponibilità di parcheggi nelle vicinanze. Casa in ottimo stato, molto accogliente e ben accessoriata. Disponibilità e gentilezza della proprietaria che ci ha dato ottimi consigli per visitare l'isola.

La vista dal terrazzo che da sui tetti delle case alcune non in buono stato

Appartement tres bien situé au centre de la ville .Le panier offert avec les produit de le région est un plus . Cuisine très bien équipé . Appartement silencieux ..les 2 chambres dont une avec salle de bain privatif e la 2 ème salle de bain . La terrasse pour prendre un verre ou manger est très bien .. La personne de contact est super gentil et très réactif aux demandes. .

Petit point peut être négatif. Escalier qui pourrait être décourageant pour certaines personnes en conditions physiques diminué.
