Vila Nova Suite Apt (historic PDL city center)

The place was clean, bed comfortable and location was great for accessing downtown Ponta Delgada. Excellent water pressure and well equipped kitchen for what we needed. João was really helpful, allowing us to check in early on the very rainy day of arrival. He also had good suggestions for food, and even dropped us off at thr airport when we couldn't get a taxi! Overall a great experience!

L’endroit est parfait pour le centre ville. Il a vraiment tout coté cuisine, salle de bain etc.

Trouver un stationnement si vous avez louer une voiture est parfois un petit challenge. Le voisin aussi avec sa génératrice est un peu agaçant, au moins il l’arrête le soir.

The apartment was great - cozy with enough room for everything we needed, clean, a good location, and the host João was great - communicated and checked in with us & was very responsive.

The property was clean and looked like it had been renovated not very long ago.

It was let down badly by the water flow in the bathroom (shower and basin) being a trickle. It was difficult to get wet. What I don’t understand is that the water flow to the kitchen sink was good. Why can’t the same be achieved in the bathroom. We stayed three nights and were given two coffee pods for the entire stay. We raised this with the host and we’re told the two were a taster! Most other places give you at least one pod per person per day. Am I supposed to buy a collection of pods for every brand of machine for my trip. The machine at this place took a different pod to most. The showe was the worst, I wouldn’t go back because of that.
