Great apartments. Comfy and convenient

Nothing significant. Communications were excellent. I would add a ‘google maps pin’ or recommend search for “Appartements gappmaier” to location information. When I used the street address, Google maps sent me to wrong location. In the daytime I think it will be obvious. At night, alone,, it took me a few minutes to find correct location

We can certainly recommend this accommodation.

Very lovely and clean appartment with a private sauna. Attentive hosts answering very quickly to our requests. Great location close to transfer ski-lift Mitteregg, bus station (ski-bus appr. every 5 to 10 mn) and the ski rental/school SKILL.

The location and bathroom with separate toilet. Great shower. Bakery service in the morning is fantastic.

There is no oven in the kitchen and the kitchen is not sufficiently equipped. Two knifes, two forks, two spoons, 3 glasses. Only 1 lazy chair while there is sufficient room for 2. Opposite to the information given the heating cannot be adjusted manually. The only way to reduce heat is to open all doors and windows.

The rooms are super modern and newly furnished. Next to the ski bus stop.

The owner of the building did not allow us inside in the morning. We ONLY would like to change our chlothes in the ski room and after go to the piste. Instead of we had to change it outside, at the -8 C. It was not a warm welcome..

Locatie, nette bad en slaapkamers, mooie houten afwerking

-Algemeen: geen persoonlijke ontvangst, geen aanspreekpersoon, geen oven in appartementen, veel te hoge/harde kussens, skischoen warmers niet aangezet (zelf naar vragen), na 22.00 uur stilte, led lichten niet sfeervol in alle kamers - in app 2 (6 persoons): vaak geen warm water, vaatwasser deed het slecht, geen schaar, geen soeplepel, geen spatel - app 4 (2 persoons): geen badmatje, geen badkamer prullenbak (wel nagebracht)

Moderne Wohnung, Lage aber direkt an Hauptstraße

Modernes Apartment mit guter Ausstattung und viel Platz. Ski Keller vorhanden. Ski Bus Haltestelle direkt vor dem Haus. Skigebiet sehr weitläufig.

Leider Lage an stark befahrener Straße. Daher viel Verkehr, Lärm und bei längerer Trockenheit auch Staub Belastung. Balkon dadurch praktisch nicht nutzbar. Buchungssystem, Check in via Schlüsselbox und Kautionshandling eher unpersönlich und wenig kundenorientiert.

Ok, aber...

Die Lage des Appartements war gut, Skibushaltestelle fast vor dem Haus. Appartement war (nur) teilrenoviert, aber geräumig. Die nahezu ausschließliche elektronische Abwicklung ist zwar gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat aber reibungslos funktioniert.

Die Ausstattung der Küchenzeile war absolut unzureichend. Zu wenig Besteck, zu wenig Geschirr und kein Abflussstopfen im Waschbecken. Im Geschirrspüler fehlten Salz und Klarspüler. Auch keine Seife in den Bädern. Im nichtrenovierten Badezimmer nur Duschen in der Badewanne möglich und keine Abtrennung oder Duschvorhang vorhanden. Eines der Bettlaken war sehr verschmutzt, das wurde aber umgehend und freundlich behoben. Aus unserer Sicht viel zu hoch sind die Kosten der Endreinigung (mehrere hundert Euro). Damit ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis insgesamt unangemessen.

Het is een ruim en schoon appartement met twee badkamers en goede bedden. Het appartement bevindt zich op 20 min loopafstand van het midden van Hinterglemm. De appartementen zijn geluiddicht. Via de bookingchat heb je snel contact met het personeel!

De benodigdheden in de keuken zouden moeten worden aangevuld, bijvoorbeeld een kleiner pannetje, extra glazen en keukengerei. Het is ook fijn als er een bezem/stofzuiger in het appartement is.
