About this apartment rental
The apartment is bright with double exposure. The sliding doors between the living room and the bedroom offer the apartment a significant living space, while preserving privacy.
It is quiet with double glazing and electric shutters. The room faces towards a small park. The bathroom and toilet are separate. You can store your empty suitcases in a space provided for this purpose in the built-in cupboard in the living room.
It has a large 160x200 bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room as well as an "umbrella" bed for a young child.
It has been completely renovated and is perfectly equipped with air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner, WiFi internet +20Mbps , TV, DVD player, mini HI-FI system, ironing board and iron, hairdryer...
Close to all amenities, it is located 3 minutes walk from the SNCF station (without any nuisance), 10 minutes from the Palais des Festivals, the Croisette and the beach.
You can access the residence's closed and private car park for free (which is rare in Cannes) where spaces are available on a self-service basis.

Ich kann die Ferienwohnung herzlichst empfehlen. Es ist sehr zentral nur wenige Minuten vom Strand und den wichtigen Einkaufsstrassen gelegen. Die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber und ist auch empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kindern. Sehr positiv ist auch der vorhandene Parkplatz. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

We stayed at this nice apartment for 13 days in June-July. The apartment is in short walking distance from the centre of Cannes and the beach. It is a fresh apartment and vell equipped with all you need for a holiday stay. Included is also a secure parkingspace which is recommended if you have a car. I would not have been comfortable with parking in public parkingspaces in the area due to the risk of getting damages on the vehicle.
The only thing we missed in this apartment was a balcony.
It was easy to communicate with the owner on both e-mail and SMS.
We can higly reccomend this appartment if you are a couple or a family with one child.
