Central avec Jardin

It was our first time staying in an apartment not directly on the beachfront, but a bit further away. We actually really liked the location — it’s close to the city center, with shops and everything you need nearby. We lived among the locals, and everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The apartment has everything needed for everyday living. It’s not very big, but it’s quiet and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the garden — it’s a fantastic feature in summer. You can really enjoy spending time outdoors, and the atmosphere is very private. ⸻ The apartment owner, Jean-Claude Brams, and his wife Marie-Laure are very kind and friendly people. They were always approachable and responded quickly to my questions

A major downside was the sleeping arrangements. Unfortunately, the bedding was dirty and damp, and the pillows definitely need to be replaced. We already discussed this with the host, and he responded quickly by sending us photos of new bedding. As for cleanliness, we would have appreciated a bit more thoroughness, but we tidied up to our own standards.

Very nice host and Mr. Daniel from the service. Spacious apartment, comfortably furnished kitchen with access to the green terrace.The hotel is very well located, close to everything . I recommend to everyone.

If you like posh and fancy when in Cannes, this is not for you. But if you want a lovely one bedroom flat, close to the centre but away from it, this could be for you. Loved the flat, easy to get keys and good for a couple. Been to Cannes 40 plus times and this was one of my favourite places. It’s right behind the station in an area that’s very different from the other side of the station, full of locals and local shops etc and felt very safe. You can walk to the Palais in under 10 mins. Good size, all the facilities you need. Tv had all the free channels so almost certain to have something in your language! Oh yes and it has a garden, weather wasn’t great so didn’t really get to enjoy it but I could see how great it could be on a sunny day. Private and good security.

Bath could have been bigger but it’s a very minor thing.
