From the entrance, you have direct access to the main living room. In the living room, find a space with sofa, smart TV and dining area, all open to a south facing shooting balcony. In the extension, the open kitchen is fully equipped and integrated into the living space. On the night side, the apartment consists of three bedrooms: - Two bedrooms with queen size bed (160x200 cm), smart TV and wardrobe. - A third bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm), also equipped with smart TV and storage. Two shower rooms, each with toilet, complete the set. The apartment is fully air conditioned. Note: the immediate proximity of the railway station and tracks can cause noise damage when windows are opened.
