About this villa rental
U Canonucu, with its breathtaking view, is one of the oldest houses in Drautto and was once the home of the local priest.
The architect Paolo Tilche designed the elegant living room that retains a rustic edge; it is refreshingly cool in summer and warmed in winter by a wood stove. The bathrooms and kitchen were recently renovated in the typical Eolian style. The house is on one level and every room has a sea view. It has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower, a modern fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living, an outdoor shower, and a small laundry room. (Rooms have ceiling fans)
The terrace overlooking the sea has a splendid view and is the outdoor living room of the villa. Surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation, with Bougainville that climb the facade, U Canonucu is a special place - romantic and peaceful - 10 minutes from the town center and 5 minutes to the nearby beaches.

We had a wonderful week at Sonia’s house. It is a beautiful place with terrific sea views, a quick walk to three different beaches. The island is extraordinary - great food, swimming, and landscapes. The house has no air conditioning but fans made it very comfortable. There is also no WiFi but it is possible to get a 5G phone signal. The terrace is lovely at all times of the day and Sonja was a very helpful and pleasant host. Highly recommended!!

Really liked the house and the view!
we were 2 couples and 2 of my girlfriends
all was nice and well maintained- very clean-charming house
I would choose a house with 3 bathrooms this time I have to say since the other couple and the girls had to share the 2nd bathroom but that is just me
the walk up to the house is dreadful though-do not think you can carry your own luggage up-impossible! I carried my suit case that weighted 50 pounds and almost broke my back and I am very athletic
for the rest we really enjoyed!
