La casa si trova in una posizione bellissima a due passi dalla spiaggia e sufficientemente isolata da altre costruzioni. Il tipico patio eoliano diventa una finestra sul mare. La camera da letto ed il bagno sono spaziosi e puliti La cucina esterna è minimalista ma funzionale.
Non ho niente da segnalare a riguardo

Très belle situation et grande maison avec belle vue sur la plage et la mer. Apparemment une partie de la falaise s'est effondrée à cause des intempéries, mais du coup, les lauriers qui cachaient la vue ne sont plus là, et la vue est bien dégagée. Idéal pour admirer le lever de soleil (plein Est). La maison est très proche de la ville, donc accessible à pieds.
L'un des toilettes est en extérieur, dans une petite cahute séparée d'une des chambres. La petite location du bas ne semble plus fonctionnelle.

The location at the beach is very quiet, private and we enjoyed it a lot.
The interior is very run down and needs a reconstruction. One of the bathrooms is falling apart while the drain in the other one stinks. The outside shower is molded. Overall, whole place feels very old and not taken care of.

5 minute walk to town. Nice location. Near the ocean. Good wifi. The town residents were very nice. Easy bus ride around the island.
Rustic. Ceiling fan broken. Floor fan works with a prayer. Very loud during storms. We were in the small apartment. Beach area collapsing. Only sitting area outside.
