Luigi was easy to contact and replied to any questions quickly. He told us where to park and how to find him to get the keys to the apartment. It is in a pedestrian area and you cannot drive to the apartment. Once we arrived in the parking lot, my husband walked down to the restaurant where he met Luigi's employee, Allecio, who helped us with our bags, showed us the apartment, explained everything to us and then he went with my husband to retrieve our car from the public parking lot and take it to the private garage for the apartment. He was very friendly and very helpful and I cannot express how much we truly appreciated all his help. The apartment is in a perfect location, right at the harbor for easy access to ferries and it’s very easy to walk everywhere. The apartment is a very nice size and equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. The pictures accurately reflect the apartment. The bed was very comfortable. One of the best features was the balcony, which we used nightly. The apartment overlooks the harbor and we had wonderful views. I would definitely recommend Luigi’s apartment to anyone looking for a very clean and safe apartment in a perfect location.

The apartment is very sparse and dated, but in a great location. The owner and his staff were great. The noise from the restaurant below could be troublesome for some guests. Younger people might be happier there than seniors.

From the moment we arrived at the apartment we were made welcome and everything that was needed was there. Our plane was delayed, yet much kindness was offered to us to ensure our comfort The layout is perfect. The linen and towels are of quality . A modern lift or and an easy stair case provide access to the rest of the building.. A long Balcony, overlooking the Piazza, was put to use everyday that provides stunning views of the Lake Garda and the distant shore. It is thrilling to watch the boats ferries. First class for breakfast and evening drinks . Providing and excellent viewing point for people watching. In the time we were visiting Malcesine, there were several events on. The balcony provided us with the best seats in the house for a fabulous Opera concert staged on an old and beautiful sailing boat turned across the Harbour to face the balcony! As an Opera singer, I was delighted!! Luigi and his lovely wife own the properties and the restaurant of the ground floor. The restaurant offers everything you could possibly want, with friendly and helpful staff. My friend of 40 years was with me, who has mobility issues. She did not think she would ever be able to holiday again. The apartment was perfect for her. The ONLY thing is that there was no toaster!!!!! A huge thank you Luigi .

We loved this apartment. First, this may be the rare case where the apartment is actually bigger than it looks in the photos. Second, the location is amazing — right on the harbor where the ferries come in. It was a quick walk to the funivia to get up the mountain, and easy to catch the ferry to Limone and Riva del Garda. The two couches both open up into beds, and are easily folded up again during the day. We were able to access our Amazon and Netflix accounts and watch our favorite shows on the TV. Or there were musical performances just outside each evening, and we could sit out on the balcony and listen. And Luigi was wonderful - very helpful and responsive. Using the AC tripped the circuit breaker a few times, but he showed us how to reset it. It was also great having both a dish washer and washing machine. After doing some hikes, we definitely needed to wash clothes. If we were to return to Malcesine, we would definitely stay here again. One tip - if you have to choose between Limone and Riva del Garda, choose Riva.

Great Location!

The location could not have been better - so enjoyable sitting on the balcony watching all the comings and goings in the harbour below. Very clean and adequately equipped apartment and close to all amenities. Malcesine is an extremely pretty small town. The owner, Luigi, also runs the cafe/restaurant below, welcomed us warmly and was extremely helpful. We thoroughly recommend.

Right in Malcesine!

What an ideal location. So handy for the waterfront and to see everythi g going on from the balcony. Easy to catch the boats which leave from the harbour out front ! It's in the middle of town so expect some noise of course but you can close the windows and use aaircon. We preferred to have the windows open.

I highly recommend staying here. The apartment was obviously recently renovated and it has the best location in town. We spent most evenings enjoying the view from the balcony while our son slept. The private parking is a huge bonus and Luigi was very friendly :) Our only issues were that we kept running out of hot water in the shower and that as it is quite cold in Italy this spring it was also very cold in the flat. But this was easily solved with slippers and layers so just be prepared. Our family would definetly visit again!

We had a fantastic four night stay in this lovely apartment. It is in such a convenient location for ferries, restaurants and shops and has wonderful views of the cafes and ferries and we loved sitting on the balcony watching the world go by. Luigi was a very good host and we loved everything about Malcesine. There was a gentle buzz about the place and very good choice of eating places. The mountainous scenery around just adds to the charm.

Would highly recommend this apartment in Malcesine. Luigi is a wonderful host, meeting us as arranged and helping with our luggage and car parking. The apartment is perfectly located on the lake front right near the ferry port. It is spacious and has everything you need. Great views over Lake Garda. Great cafes and restaurants nearby.

So much to recommend! Spotlessly clean, fantastic location right on the port in the centre of town, very quiet (windows were double-glazed and there was air conditioning), secure (lots of locks plus a small safe in the apartment), bright, spacious and airy. Luigi was a brilliant host - always on hand to help and provide whatever we needed. There's no washing machine but he let us use the machine at his restaurant. The decor is a bit spartan but it was functional and we were very comfortable. Excellent WiFi too. Highly recommended!

Luigi's communication throughout the booking and arrival process was excellent. He has very good English and could not have been more helpful. The apartment is very spacious and fully air-conditioned which is most welcome especially at night. A modestly equipped kitchen would make meal preparation a bit of a challenge, but who comes to Italy and then cooks for themselves? Unfortunately for us I broke my ankle on just our second day which cut short our holiday. Luigi really came to our rescue organising taxis, showing where we could hire a wheelchair and even helping to get me in and out of the apartment. He just could not have been more helpful. We can thoroughly recommend this property and when my ankle has mended we'll be back to complete some unfinished business! You'll not be disappointed in Malcesine with this place as your base.

Three generations of our family were welcomed to this lovely setting by our host Luigi. The apartments we rented were exactly as advertised, clean, quiet and well equipped, with great views of the waterfront and activities. The location is excellent, we were able to readily join in with the day to day activities of the community. The host was gracious & generous and made sure we had all that we needed. We enjoyed cycling, walking, water activities & of course the local wines & food! We will happily return and stay for a longer period of time.

We had a wonderful time in Malcesine and Lake Garda. This apartment was just perfect, you cant get any better location. We had our morning coffee at the balcony overlooking the lake and the cute little harbour, lovely way to start your day. The apartment had everything you need for a perfect holiday including the best possible location, great area and beautiful views. Andrea was always nearby if you need anything/questions. I would for sure come back and I would recommend this apartment to anyone else.

We spent two weeks in this lovely apartment at the start of September. Light, airy, beautifully clean, with lots of space and storage - immaculate. A lift made it easy to get luggage up and down to our second floor apartment. Luigi was friendly, helpful and welcoming - but never intrusive. Having somewhere to park the car was excellent as we had driven from UK. But once there, we very much enjoyed the wonderful ferries from the harbour, visiting several different parts of the lake and a lakeside bus goes from just a few minutes’ walk away. The views of the harbour, watching the sky over the lake, watching the ferries and people come and go all contributed to a super, relaxing stay. We took the cable car up the mountain, went down to Verona for an opera, drove through beautiful mountain scenery - and just loved the lake. Lots of opportunities to eat out - and enjoy gelati! A lovely bottled of chilled sparkling wine and bottles of water on arrival were much appreciated. A superb holiday. Thank you Luigi and all your team.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this lovely town. Our apartment was exactly as we expected, light, spacious, immaculately clean with a view from the balcony that was perfect for people watching. Luigi (the proprietor) was a wonderful host, never intrusive but only a phone call away. The apartment was perfectly located right on the harbour, over Luigi's friendly bar and restaurant, and a step away from the lovely shops. We ate in some of the excellent local restaurants (all within a short stroll from the apartment), visited Venice and the Opera at Verona. Our overwhelming memories though are of the many hours sat on the balcony, watching the boats come and go, (many wedding parties hire the local launches and beautiful sailboat moored in the harbour) and getting a lovely wave from Luigi as he went into his restaurant most evenings. We often ate in this restaurant but more often stopped for a beer and more people watching before going back to the apartment. We would recommend this apartment and location to anyone and will certainly return.

A perfect Malcesine location.

A perfect Malcesine location.

This is a simply furnished, but spotless apartment of three owned by Luigi who also owns the restaurant situated below. This was our second stay at the apartment and we have already booked again for next year. An added bonus is the underground garage, a short walk from the harbour, included in the price. Luigi can usually be found, if needed, in the restaurant. He is attentive and helpful as is his restaurant staff. A good team!! We would recommend these appartments, and Luigi to anyone.

In May, with my husband and our son Luca were in holiday in Malcesine, we stayed in a comfortable apartment. I can not forget the stunning views of the lake of Garda and lovely sunsets admired from the terrace. The apartment was new and smelled clean. For Luca, 2 years, there has been provided a cot that, at our request, was placed next to our bed in the room. The owner, Luigi, was very kind and helpful in giving us all the information needed to make our stay enjoyable. A pleasant surprise was found in our fridge!! a bottle of sparkling wine on our arrival.

We were on holiday in Malcesine at this property. The town is wonderful with a fantastic climate, natural attractions, historical and sports of various kinds. My wife and I, we spent an enjoyable week in the apartment which is situated in a beautiful location overlooking the little harbour with stunning views of the lake surrounded by mountains. The apartment is simple but well kept and comfortable in addition to the kindness of the staff. We will definitely return in the future. thanks

My husband and I spent a week in one of these apartments in May. The location is superb and the view from the balcony is beautiful. We found the apartment basic but more than adequate - Its exactly like in the photos - the owners were extremely helpful and made our stay very enjoyable - nothing was too much trouble. We loved Malcesine and found it a pefect base for exploring the lake and beyond, we used the ferries to visit other towns but also hired a car so we could visit Verona and get too and from the airport. Malcesine has everything you need if you are self catering, good supermarkets, lots of lovely restaurants and cafes. There are plenty of walks and easy access to beach areas. We had a lovely week, very relaxing.

Optimale Lage, natürlich nicht in ruhigster Lage, die ankommenden und abfahrenden Boote hinterlassen ihre Geräuschkulisse. Zu beachten ist, dass ein Auto nicht unmittelbar am Objekt geparkt werden kann. Doch es besteht eine eigene Garage und der Weg ist kurz.
