The property is a villa of approximately 90 sqm, located in an excellent and highly recommended area for relaxation, surrounded by greenery. It is situated just a few meters from the beach, with private and direct access, and only a few kilometers from the center of Cefalù, exactly 8 km away.
The villa has both indoor and outdoor areas.
The indoor area is designed to accommodate up to 6 people and is fully equipped with all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay, featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious kitchen that can comfortably host everyone. Please note that the management is available to provide full assistance for any issues or information you may need.
The outdoor area is designed for relaxation, with a covered veranda ideal for spending most of the day. Outside, we provide a barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs, and a reserved parking space.
The proximity to the beach makes the property ideal for every need—whether for families with small children, those who prefer not to use a car, or people with disabilities. Its main strength is having everything within easy reach. It is also possible to use both the public beach and the equipped beach with umbrellas, sunbeds (for rent), a bar, and lifeguard service.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in Strandnähe in abgeschlossenem Bereich, einfach aber alles vorhanden, freundliche und serviceorientierte Abwicklung mit dem Vermieter.

A me è sempre piaciuto essere breve nell'esprimere le mie opinioni, posso dire soltanto che questa vacanza non ha avuto lati negativi, è stato tutto perfetto.
Dalla spiaggia, alla villa, a tutto ciò che offriva la zona.
Mi sento di raccomandarlo a tutti.

Très bonne prestation mais manque de finitions (peintures, équipement ménager, toiture de terasse ...) la proximité de la plage de gorgo lungo et de la charmante ville de Cefalú sont sans nul doute l'atout Far de cette résidence. Véhicule indispensable sur place (1er supermarché à 8km)
