ORTIGIA HOUSE
Living Room: Dining table, desk, comfortable and spacious double sofa bed, satellite TV, latest-generation air conditioner (hot/cold) with touch-screen display, and a fully equipped kitchen featuring a fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, blender, moka coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, plates, pots, and pans—everything needed for independent cooking. A small balcony overlooking the alley.
Master Bedroom: Double bed with bedside tables, mirrored wardrobe, and air conditioning (hot/cold). A small balcony overlooking the alley.
En-Suite Bathroom: Fully equipped with a sink, cabinet with drawers, toilet, bidet, shower, and various accessories.
ORTIGIA APARTMENT
Living Room: Dining table, satellite TV, latest-generation air conditioner (hot/cold) with touch-screen display, and a 1.5-seater sofa bed. A window overlooking the internal courtyard.

Marcello could not have been more wonderful and welcoming. Regarding a slight misunderstanding of his property, he was more than willing to work with us. The accommodations are very wonderful and complete, comfortable beds, kitchen was complete with all that we needed for our stay. centrally located with easy walking access to restaurants, puppet show and Marcello gave us lots of recommendations and support. He was helpful in arranging parking for us. And generally delightful to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Marcello was very very helpful. From helping us with parking at a nearby garage to showing us around the apartment. The location is really nice, it’s a very short walk to the Fountain of Diana, the center of the island and near restaurants and shops. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone going to Ortigia
