About this apartment rental

Fully refurbished apartment classified 3 *, new bedding and furniture, fitted kitchen with dishwasher / oven / microwave / induction hob / hood. On the ground floor with terrace not overlooked, barbecue / garden furniture / deckchairs / dryer with stunning views of the lake and the pool annecy.
entrance with sleeping area furnished 2 beds, living room 2 beds;
Sunny exposure to enjoy the pool open from mid May to the end of September / tennis / bowling alley / tobogga of the residence; 5 minutes from the beaches and supermarket. Resting and green (7 hectares of greenery.)
Sheets and towels are extra.(Deposit of 600 € not cashed and 50 € of household in compulsory supplement)
