About this villa rental
Lindfields Reserve is a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everything. Lindfields Reserve is a small gated community off of Lindfields Blvd and offers a clubhouse with tennis courts for all guests.
Just a few minutes away Rolling Oaks Common is home to a Super Target supermarket, Ross, TJ Max, Olive Garden, On The Border, Longhorn Steakhouse, Bahama Breeze, Panera Bread, Sweet Tomatoes, Logan’s, Texas Roadhouse, Joes Crab Shack, Pollo Tropical, Panda Express, Bonefish Grill, Hooters, Orlando Ale House and Applebee’s. Also, Publix Supermarket and a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart are close by.
Disney can be reached in about 12 minutes, Universal Studios in about 25 minutes and SeaWorld in about 20 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast in about 60 minutes and Orlando International is 25 minutes.
Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa at small gated Lindfields Reserve has three master suites with a court style pool & spa area. Construction currently in the area.
Bedroom 1 is a king master with a T.V and en-suite bathroom with pool area access.
Bedroom 2 has two twin bunkbeds with a T.V and en-suite.
Bedroom 3 is a detached queen room with T.V and en-suite with pool area access.
The family room has three large comfortable sofas, a big TV and DVD player for you to enjoy.
The formal dining room has a table which seats six.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need, a dishwasher, microwave, stove and hob and fridge freezer. The kitchen also has a breakfast bar that provides seating for three.
There is a large screened court style pool and spa which can be heated if required for an additional charge. The spacious pool deck offers a lanai with sun loungers, a table and chairs.
The garage houses the washer and dryer.
The phone is free for incoming calls plus local calls are also free. If you need to ring long distance or International you will need to purchase a calling card from one of the stores. There is free Wi-Fi so just bring your devices and log in.
There is both a pack n play crib and a highchair at the house.
ALL OUR POOL HOMES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:

I love the house, but the outside entertaiment i.e the pool area needs updating and all the bathrooms could too!

We loved the location and the nice quiet area.Also it was great getting to the activities we where interested In visiting.

You enter through the front double doors in to the pool area, go to the left that is the door to the garage / main house area. Turn to the right and that is a door to a separate bedroom and bathroom, which is NOT really attached to the main house. Accessing the main house through the garage was a bit weird.The door in the rear of the pool area is to the outside and was not secure, no locking mechanism. ALL the patio furniture cushions had mold on them. ALL of the glass sliding doors were very hard to open and close. I called management and they repaired two of them during my stay. There were no curtains or blinds on the sliding doors in the main area of the house. The sun shined in the house every morning, is that good or bad is your point of view.There were bang/scrape marks on many of the walls.The bedroom with the bunk-beds bathroom shower floor was cracked open. It was covered/ (hidden) by the anti-slip shower mat. I killed a couple of bugs coming out of it.The house need a little better upkeep. I don’t think I will be staying there again . But it was not the worst place to stay.
