Excellent place to stay for the money. Owners are very responsive. House is in good shape but needs a few improvements. Two things are a new oven and new screen enclosure. Other than that the place was awesome and we would def stay again!!

Awesome place. Great price. Property manager was super helpful when serious rain caused some flooding. No issues on our end. Will be staying again.

The Good - Owners are very responsive, pet friendly, good location, fair price, internet was fast.
The Bad -
As others have said, the property is a bit run down. Uncomfortable and loud beds. We stayed in January, pool was heated to 80-85, but jacuzzi was the same temp. Definitely NOT worth paying extra for the pool heat, as we didn’t get in it due to it being too cold. Also, it isn’t heated at night, so forget any thoughts of a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day at the parks in the winter. The tile around the pool is a definite hazard when wet. Front door is flimsy, but inner doors are sturdy. I never felt unsafe. The thermostat is fixed at a set temp range. We didn’t have any control and were a bit cold at night.
