Apartamento nuevo, muy amplio con una terraza grande y unas vistas al mar espectaculares en una urbanización muy tranquila con piscina. Hay que desplazarse en coche a la playa y al pueblo pero merece la pena.

Rigtig pæn lejlighed hvor der ikke mangler noget. Fantastisk udsigt og rart med en stor balkon, da det er der man er mest. Træningsrummet var ok men ikke optimalt. Godt poolområde både inde og ude. Helt fantastisk sandstrand i gåafstand. Byen var lille og lidt stille og nogle butikker og restauranter lukket men måske pga. Årstiden (oktober). Vi lejede bil så vi også kunne komme til de andre byer og opleve mere.

The apartment is very spacious with a large balcony giving lovely views of the Med, it was clean and comfortably furnished, the outside pool and garden are well kept, there was adequate furniture although maybe not enough in high season. The beach is a 15 minute walk and 25 minutes or so in to the centre of Guardamar, there is lots of free parking if you wanted to drive.
Whilst the apartment itself scores a solid 5 there were things that overall made it a 4, firstly check in was 6 pm, which is rather late, there is no information in the apartment about the resort, area, nearest shop etc, there are no beach towels or beach equipment provided, nor are there any “basic” items ie. cleaning products, washing up liquid etc and just the one sun lounger on the balcony. These are all small issues which can easily be put right, although they didn’t detract from what is a lovely apartment

The property is nice and clean. You will need a car as nothing is close, with only 1 set of keys you will all need to stick together as thereafter 3 locked doors to get through each time you enter building and another one for pool area. There is no WiFi or international tv send a note to owner who ignored request for WiFi . You are encouraged not to use appliances by having a power limit so if you put in cooker and washing machine the power trips, same having a bath there is no plug. Also the view is of 2 cranes and a noisy building site right out side property not mentioned and they work every day starting at 7 am. Overall plenty of much better places to stay also owner has flat up for sale
